I was at the doctor and noticed my diamond was missing and new that this month I needed an inspection. Well, I went in and explained to them what went wrong and the man was really nice and sympathetic. He looked up our information and seen we may have missed an inspection and we needed to wait for the manager. Life gets the best of us sometimes because February was when we needed to get it done. Well life for us was a little bit down around that time and I forgot. The manager came over and was nothing but in my opinion rude. I understood that it was my fault that I missed it but she made me feel like I was in the wrong place. She told us nothing we can do sorry, but that sorry wasnt sympathetic at all. I am a human please treat me like one. My engagement ring was everything to me. It was something that was truly priceless to me. Its just so hard to explain how much that ring meant to me. My fiancé worked so hard for that ring. All I really wanted was Im sorry we are unable to help you but have you looked here or there just for the person to be caring. But no I got " look in your car most people find them there" that right there shattered me because she told me while I was walking away so everyone could hear. I will never get my ring back but I will now know never to go back to Jared. I want to say thank you Jared for my ring but not worth it in the end.

After ordering my ring, my fiance was called to come and pick it up. A week later, Jareds called him back asking if he had proposed yet because they had given him the wrong ring. After returning the ring, my fiance and I went to the store to pick out a custom band. We ordered the custom band May 8th and the band had a promise date of June 30th. I was told they needed my ring for only two weeks in order to create the wax for the bands. After numerous encounters, I was not able to receive my ring back until after June 30th! Although they returned the ring, the band was not completed on the promise date. My wedding was July 10th and after numerous disagreements, my fiance picked up the bands at 6:30pm on July 9th!! On my wedding day, I was presented with the wrong bands! My husband did not tell me at the time because he did not want to add stress to such a beautiful day, but it was very frustrating to have waited so long and still did not receive the correct product. It was also embarrassing when family members asked to view the ring or take pictures of the ring and the ring was not what you expected! I later went back to resolve the problem and right now they are still working on my bands. The $500 off is NOT worth the trouble. Choose someone else.

My Fiancé purchased my ring online in February of 2015. In April of 2015 I had two diamonds fall out of my ring. Again in August, and December of 2015 more diamonds fell out. Each time whenever I brought it to the Jared store in Baton Rouge, they made sure to fix it as soon as possible. Unfortunately it happened again, now (at the time) in April of 2016. I brought my ring in and they went above and beyond to make sure this wouldnt happen again, and let us pick a new ring (in the same price range) of our choice. Hopefully this will not be an issue with my new ring! Other than that, the service was excellent each time. All employees were very polite, and made sure our expectations were met.

Horrible Service, Horrible Lady that waited on me. .....Went to get a ring for my wife for a surprise. Informed the lady what I wanted, the size, color, cut, clarity of diamond and when I finally found the ring I wanted. She started to ask personal questions about my relationship with my wife. After I told her about my wife, Said that I could do better, started, flirting with me asked me if I was looking for something on the side. I thought for a second I was on a Hidden Camera TV Prank Show. When she told me that she would rock my world for a ring like that, it got Serious and quick. I will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. Im still shocked and blown away.

I bought my wife a diamond ring a couple of years ago from Jared near the Mall of LA, only 3/4 of a mile from my house. I figured that wed found a good jewelers to take cared of the jewelry my wife has and my watches. I went there a few months ago to get a battery for my watch and was told that since I didnt buy my watch there, they wouldnt let me pay for and get a new battery from them. After going only there for the last few year I figured that wed get good service for all our needs, no we didnt. I wont be going to get it from Jared from now on. Ive brought my business back to Pattons Jewelers.

The time piece manager will allow an employee to waste your time removing links from a metal wristwatch band, only to inform them that theyre not allowed to work on certain pieces (moto 360) and will turn the guest away. Definitely not shopping here, cant even consider it a legitimate jeweler if they cant do such simple work.

Idk why all the reviews are so bad here my husband bought my. Wedding rings here and I also bought his wedding band love them both so much and I go in there every now and then to get them cleaned! I love jareds I absolute have never had a problem with them great customer service as well!

Took a watch in to them to have the battery replaced, was told they has to send it out.... after several phone calls for a status stopped in and found out it never left the store... they replaced the battery and never called to say it was ready.... stay away... customer service stinks!!!!
