If I were rating this place based only on inventory or employee attitudes Id give it 5 stars for sure. Their retail prices are fair and Everybody was friendly, They were honestly some of the nicest people Ive met, excluding one person. This dude was legit the worst. I spent 20 min standing at the counter in front of him waiting to find out what my jewelry was worth while he casually chatted with coworkers. He ignored me or cut me off mid sentence to turn away for more hanging out with his friends. When he finally decided to give me his offer it was so low I thought he was joking - nope. $60 for an authentic gold Gucci watch in perfect shape original box and papers to verify. It was $1,200 brand new last year. I knew it wouldnt get me that price but $60? He then proceeded to offer me $30 for a sterling silver ring with 32 diamonds. REAL DIAMONDS. 32 REAL DIAMONDS FOR $30!??!? It cost over $2,000 and is in perfect condition. He has to have brain damage or be a criminal to think thats a fair offer. Maybe both.
