Our experience with actually buying the vehicle wasnt bad. Except for getting the run around a few times from our salesman. He told us one rate and payment over the phone and then when we got to the dealership to sign the papers it was a completely different rate and payment. And instead of even telling us that before handing us the papers he just told us to sign it and "Oh its ok he (meaning the finance guy) will go over it with you in a minute, just sign it". Ah no. But that wasnt even the worst experience we had. We were told our vehicle had been certified, and that they did a complete brake job on it a few days before we purchased it. Well after we left the dealership and headed home (we live 2 hours away) we noticed it shaking really bad when we would be going over 50 mph and start to stop. We called the dealership on Monday morning and was told to bring it back for them to look at. We get there and they told us we didnt have an appointment and there was nothing they could do (it was almost 3:00 pm but that is when they said to come). Finally they take the car for a test drive to see the issue. Bring it back, said there is nothing wrong with it. Finally my husband got them in the car again and showed them. They start apologizing non stop. At this point it was too late in the day to get it fixed so they gave my husband a loaner vehicle. A busted Trailblazer that had no AC. And not to mention any gas. Thankfully the issue has been fixed but it has just been such a hassle. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. And the only reason why we drove so far was because it had the exact vehicle we were looking for. Now their prices are fair and the car we purchased was in excellent condition (besides selling us a "certified" vehicle with horrible rotors) and almost $1000 under kbb value. But I would have paid more to have a better experience. The only nice person we came across there was Donnie. She was so great and nice. So....if you go here. Ask for Donnie. Dont mess with anyone else.

Creed was so helpful. My wife wanted to find her own vehicle and he helped her the whole way through. Gave us a good deal and was very nice. He had everything ready when we got there. We drive 4 hours to get the Expedition she wanted and it was worth it. Thanks for your help Creed.

Not Happy about my experience... I went check out a car my wife wanted me to see and the salesman left me at the car to work with another couple; this even after we had already worked out the financing. I had one day to get this done, what a waste of time.
