The dealership buys their used cars from dealer auto auctions where new car dealerships dump their high mileage and trade-in vehicles. These cars are questionable at best. Dealership has an F rating on Better Business Bureau website. I purchased a car from Drive Now Auto Sales in November and the car has been nothing but trouble from the day I drove off the dealership lot. After driving the car for a day, the check engine light came on. The car soon developed a rough idle, engine knock, and it started misfiring. The car also had a radiator leak and was loosing fluid. I spoke with Paul Pereyra - general manager- many times pointing out the condition of the vehicle they sold but he denied everything wrong with the car. I tried to resolve the problem directly with him but to no avail. They likely covered up the problems with the car in order to just make a sale. They have no business ethic and no desire to resolve the problem. The dealer sells cars with their one year warranty but it is a third-party warranty company that has many exclusions and they are in the business of trying to wiggle of out paying claims. The warranty is not just a $100 deductible as stated by Paul. I took the car to two independent Audi shops. One shop told me to return the car to where I bought it from because there are too many things wrong with it for them to even diagnose the problem. I went to another shop to get a second opinion and I was quoted over $7,000 in needed repairs. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB attempted to contact the business on multiple occasions and received no response from Paul Pereyra. The dealership has an F rating on BBB website. I would recommend staying away from this used car dealership. Dealership has no business ethic at all and just care about making a sale.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!! I came in on 10/02 to made a deal on a 10 Tundra with a 08 Acadia on trade. Adam and Sam did a great job on preparing a deal that was to my likings and fit within my payment range. After a bottom line was agreed upon, I opted to provide my own financing through a credit union. So I was handed a signed buyers order to take to my credit union. I then opted to take the Tundra to my mechanic for an assessment. There were some concerns that were found that I brought to the attention of Drive Now to resolve before I completed purchase. Later that evening I was informed that the Owner William was not in agreement with the deal that his sales manager and associate approved and "signed" earlier that day, so he marked down my trade by $1000 and increased the price of his vehicle by $900 so "he could make some money on the deal". I personally spoke with the owner and expressed my concern in regards to an agreed upon signed buyers order, but he insisted he was not going to loose money on the deal. Going forward he then insisted that he still thought he was giving me to much for my trade and that I needed to take my vehicle to carmax to get it appraised. Seems weird that I have to take my vehicle somewhere else to get it appraised, which takes more time in my already busy schedule just because there is some doubt in not only "1" but "2" assessments given by Drive Now Auto Sales. I gave it a week to see if anything changed, but nothing but that same story to take my vehicle to carmax. I dont define this as a professional car buying experience and caution anyone that is going to consider shopping with them. Changing your mind after a signed deal is shady.

Ask for Jim!! My family and I were in the market for an upgraded Honda Odyssey. We searched for weeks and test drove at least half a dozen minivans before coming across an internet ad from Drive Now Auto Sales that seemed to meet my familys needs. I called the office and spoke to Jim in sales and was blown away with the level of customer service, knowledge and sincerity that he spoke with. I made the trip to meet with him and soon found out that the entire staff was just as genuine. They took great care to make sure my wife and 2 young children were comfortable. Going so far as to put cartoons on for them and offer them snacks while Jim and I looked over the Odyssey. The van was immaculate and very reasonably priced. Paul, the owner, made me an incredible deal (with lots of help from Jim!) and my family and I drove off the lot with an awesome Honda Odyssey Touring! I dont often write reviews but i was so impressed with Jim and the rest of Pauls staff that they deserve all the business they can handle. If they have it, they will do everything they can to help you get it! Ask for Jim and see for yourself!!

I recently purchased a 2009 Touareg last week. The engine indicator light came on 2 days after purchase. I took it back to drive now and was told that because I put mid grade gas in it was the reason for the indicator. The light came on again the next day. I took it to Volkswag to run a diagnostic test. There were SEVERAL MAJOR THINGS WRONG WITH THIS CAR!!! Drive now offered me a 3mth/3k warranty. I wanted them to fix the vehicle but at the repair shop of my choice as I was told by the CLEAN AIR OF GA Attorny I had that Option. Also it is against GA LAW to sell a vehicle that can not pass emissions! Instead , drive now wanted to fix it themselves... As they told me they did before!! I returned the vehicle today. CONSUMER BEWARE OF THE 2009 silver black leather Touareg on their lot!!!! ... And presumably so all the other vehicles!

Beware. They lied to me about the condition of a car knowing I was driving 200 miles to see it. When I asked about scratches and dents on the paint, the salesman told me it was flawless, like a new car. When I got there, it had many flaws, including scuffed wheels, bumper, and a broken mirror. Since it was a plug-in hybrid, I asked if it was charged and, if not, to make sure to plug it in while I was driving 4 hours. I was assured it was fully charged. When I arrived, the battery was completely dead. They were apologetic. The salesman said it had been test driven and discharged. The sales manager said the owners daughter had just returned it. But, the car said they were lying, because it said it had not been charged in over 1200 miles.

I recently purchased a 2011 White Toyota Camy, XLE in June of 2011. It is so clean and in perfect condition and I absolutely love it. More than just that, I really enjoyed the car buying experience. They gave me such a good deal, great financing options, and I was in an out super fast without being haggled with the whole time. You can tell by the inventory this place takes pride in the product they put on the lot, and I was greated by the owner who sold me the car personally. I had such a good experience, I will only buy my car at Drive Now Auto Sales. Just let them know exactly what you are looking for, they will get it for you at a great price.
