DO NOT RECOMMEND. I took my dog there and he was bald when I got done.. I asked for the puppy cut and they shaved him completely he looks HORRIBLE! Not only did he look horrible I got the call when I was on my lunch break at work and went to get him I have a hour lunch break mind you and I sat in there over a half hour with no one coming to get my dog out of the kennel they kept him in. He is not a barker and was barking very loud and crying for no reason. Then finally the girl came in from outside after smoking and said oh my bad... I stood in there for a half hour to get my little puppy back looking very bad.. I DO NOT want to go back ever.

HORRIBLE grooming experience. I told them to go a certain length on my dog and they went SUPER short...you can see her skin through the hair, thats how short it is. They also cut extra off her ears and tail leaving her look like a completely different dog. The place was unsanitary and it took almost 4 hours for the groom...rediculous. would suggest going someplace else!!!

Usually a good place to go. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Large variety of cat and dog supplies, toys and food. Not such a great place for parrot items. Would like to see them carry more things for exotics.

bought a collar for my pug. She was wearing a Med so I got a large and it was small than the Med. Called and refused to exchange it. Will NEVER go there again. I would suggest that all pet owners go to Pet Smart.
