I have personally shopped this location well over 20 times. The hidden story is Ralph Lauren was always my hero growing up. His clothing allowed me to transcend beyond the world I was growing up in. I felt confident wearing Ralph Lauren. I met him at this location along with his wife, when he was visiting the launch of Rugby. He and his wife were gracious, and I was humbled. The level of class that the employees exhibit within this building is: #flawless I will be a lifelong shopper.

Design and ambiance are both very nice. All the lines are represented and as the Boston flagship, if Ralph Lauren sells it, you can procure it here. People are very nice but the upper floors are very sparsely staffed. I liked it that way because I could browse in peace.

Classic RL store. Stocks the more traditional (preppy/classic) lines (ie. no RLX). Additionally, it is only mens clothing. Service was excellent, very respectful and cheery.
