Okay, so my mom and I were at Lord & Taylor today around 5-6ish to buy a pair of Clarks shoes because we heard it was on sale. Their only salesperson, a short Asian man, was the only one at the counter and would not help out at all, instead brushing me off and even going so far as saying someone else will be help me. There was literally no one else there besides him and two other customers at that time. Even the two customers told him at one point to, "help out that gentleman over there because he looks like hes been waiting a while." Still, no one came over to help. Finally he takes the shoes on display from me but literally 5 seconds, comes back and tells me that they dont have it in my size and stores the shoes out of view. He never even went to the counter to do the look-up! I was watching him the entire time! We finally seek another salesperson who offers to recheck for us and she tells us no, that they dont have it in the right size. We left after that and will be filing a complaint soon to the Manager.

Very I poor. Could not find anyone to wait on us both in mens shoes as well as bathing suits. Took more then a half hour to find a clerk. Dressing roo.s full of clothes. Lines at registers. Not at all what a lord and Taylor shopping experience should be. Went to. Noddstorms. Did extremely well. A l pleasure there. Lord and Taylor is fast my becoming. NACYS. Just awful. Shopping should be a pleasure. Not stress did not even have shoe horns in shoe depTment. Really????

Service wasnt bad; it simply was non existing! No one working in the mens section for over 2 hours. Even after asking for help multiple times, none was offered. Condition of the store is pretty bad. Dirty carpets, old and slightly run down in general. Clothing not in their proper places at all. Good discount deals available on end-of-range items.

My Experience with Clinique & Fashion Fair Cosmetic Counters were HORRIBLE! !! The AM crew working those areas were so Obviously Prejudice. I was treated as though my Shopping wasnt important at ALL!! Salesperson (s) was very RUDE! The Braintree store really needs Diversity Training. For my ALL sisters of Darker SKIN, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
