Please read this first before going with Sprint. Yesterday I decided to place an order online and pick it up at the store. Something went wrong with my order because they couldnt retrieve my credit score. I called them up, they said everything is fine and I should come over and theyd get me started on my first phone. Im a first time customer and decided to go with Sprint- bad idea. After arriving they tried to set me up, the manager of that place knew better then the staff but he had his back on me and didnt want to help me at all. After spending ten minutes waiting it turns out that my credit score is TOO LOW. How is that possible? Ive never had a credit before, my credit score has never been touched. They denied me of service. Upset and frustrated from a bad customer experience I left and my dad said we should go to AT&T. Guess what? Turns out that my credit score is fine and I am now a happy AT&T customer with an iPhone 7. Thanks for nothing, Sprint.

I went in with a no service complaint on my iPhone 5 after 1/2 Hour I was told I broke my phone and needed to upgrade. I was no even going to begin to here the pitch about I phone 6 is better and uses the same charger. Im sorry. I phone makes a solid phone but charges no way in fantasy land. I wasnt curt said thank you but no to another contract. Not even 2 minutes in to why my iPhone 5 is searching for service. a lot and Im saying a lot. of sites said its a random iPhone issue just hold in your power down and home buttons until the apple displays and the glitch resets. Well thats not hard or even a great secret. So thank you sprint your crystal lake repair center of uniformed sounding like crooks helped me look into it. images of wasting my hard earned for up grades makes me feel like a chump.

So I placed an order online for a store pick up. I called the store and sprint to make sure I had done everything correctly. Which both indicated that I did and should receive the phone at the store in a few days for pick up. Now a few days later the store is telling me something completely different and I have to redo my order. What makes me mad is I spent over two hours over the phone with store and sprint only to find out that the store has no clue on whats it doing. I knew I should have just gone to the Woodstock store never have had a problem with them. This store needs a lot of training.

Its laughable that theres already a complaint about Tom Vahos on here. Man doesnt know anything about how to ruin the store, best off either calling customer services Executive Manager or "going to Verizon" like he told me to. The executive manager was able to fix my bill in 5 minutes compared to his 30 minute Trump-b.s.

Waited an hour to be helped just for them to tell me to call customer service and have them fix the issue. The man that "help me had a really bad attitude !!! i did ask if he had a extra sim card for me to buy , he was extremely rude about it (This Retail Store needs to improve its Customer Experience)

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! Waited alllllll day to pick up my gold iphone, said they had 1 left in stock, go to pick it up, and they are out of stock. This company is a joke, dont believe what you read online because they will tell you something else thru customer service. I WANT MY REFUND NOW!

This company has been lying and refusing to let me cancle for 6 months. They have stolen $600 from me with a phone i havnt been using. They will give you the run around amd try everything to make you call so they dont lose your money. Garbage company.

Do not buy sprint phones if you live around crystal lake. Reception in coventry subdivision is not available and if you use insurance for your phone, you habe to drive at least 26 miles to get someone to look at it.
