About 20 years ago, my brother gave me a Seiko watch for Christmas. About 10 years ago, it stopped working after swimming with it in the ocean. I tried to have it repaired locally, but no one would touch it. Two Sundays ago, I decided to see if some reputable repair facility could be found online. When I searched Seiko watch repair, R.F. Moeller Jeweler in Saint Paul, Minnesota popped up. Being a fan of Twin Cities radio legend, Tom "Td" Mischke, I knew of them as a loyal sponsor of his programs. I sent an email to R.F. Moeller and explained what had happened to my watch and that I was very happy to be able to send it to them instead of some shady company on the internet because it was of great sentimental value to me. Very early Monday morning, I received a reply from James Moeller, director of operations for R.F. Moeller. James said to send the watch to his attention and he would make sure they took good care of it and see that it got fixed. So, I did just that. It arrived there just before lunch last Friday and James contacted me the following Tuesday morning to let me know it was fixed. The repair cost was 25 dollars, 35 total with shipping. When I got home tonight, Wednesday, there was a Fed Ex box on my door step. I opened it up and my watch was packaged inside a very nice zippered case that probably cost more than the 25 dollar watch repair. If you live in or around Minneapolis / St. Paul area, I would highly recommend shopping at R.F. Moeller. I can honestly say that their level of service is well worth the 3 hour drive from my house for any future purchases I might make.

Before I found R.F. Moeller, I was browsing the numerous known jewelry stores for an engagement ring and I was not too impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail I was finding. However I continued my search and as I googled and found R.F. Moeller and saw their 5.0 star rating I became quite curious to the truthfulness of their repertoire. The ratings exemplify exactly what they stand for and exhibit in the character of their employees. We worked specifically with Patrick and Camila. They were most helpful and a complete joy/pleasure to work with. They walked us through the process of selecting a ring and provided an array of information to adequately educate us to help us make this important decision. I could not be happier with the ring we selected and the painless process of getting to that point. If you are searching for a jewelry store that will guide you to purchasing the most affordable and beautiful ring for your budget then you must give R.F. Moeller the opportunity. You will be completely satisfied. I look forward to working with them in the years down the road with anniversaries/birthday and all those special moments. I want to say thank you for being a part of our story and thank you for all the future smiles this ring will give my wife to be. I cannot recommend this jewelry store enough.

This was my second purchase from R.F. Moeller, and once again, I have nothing but good things to say about this local jeweler. I had purchased an engagement ring for my fiancee in September of 2016, but now that our wedding date is nearing, we needed to look for wedding bands. The individual I had the pleasure of working with was Patrick Mullins. He was very easy to work with and worked to find me a band that was in my "style", size, and most importantly, price. I had found a band that I really liked but was quite a bit higher than what I wanted to spend. I asked Patrick if we had any other options that were similar in look but lower in price. He custom ordered a band for me, told me to come back in two weeks and look at the band, and if I was not satisfied, he would return it no questions asked. Well, there was no need to return the band - I went and picked it up today and it looked great, and was half the price of the first band I looked at. Patrick did a great job and I appreciated all his help. I looked at other jewelers for my band but DID NOT find the customer service that was anywhere close to what Patrick and the other associates at R.F. Moeller provide. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this jeweler and would absolutely recommend them to others.

My fiance proposed to me on my 25th birthday, 7/13/11 with a beautiful princess cut engagement ring with diamonds that line each side of the band from RF Moeller. I couldnt have been more surprised or more happy with his selection of the ring. (Lets be honest--most men need a little help in this area! THANK GOODNESS for David Skogland) The ring is everything I could have asked for! My fiances guesstimate of my size was off, so I made a trip to the store the following weekend. Upon my first meeting with David Skogland, I was greated in the most warm and welcoming fashion! (My proposal was a surprise and I had never been to RF Moeller previously.) David assisted me in my sizing of my ring in a very expeditious and professional manner while making me feel as if I was "part of the family" all at the same time. My ring was ready in record time and I enjoyed not having to wait to display it to my family and friends. We are returning this weekend to pick up the matching wedding band! I continue to tell anyone that will listen about our experience with RF Moeller! Thank you RF Moeller and David Skogland for easing my fiances stress and for your service in providing the most amazing ring I could have imagined!

AT LAST, I finally found my dream wedding band! Ive been searching for a diamond eternity band since last fall when I happened to walk by R.F. Moeller in Edina. By then, Id seen beautiful bands from a number of well known jewelers. However, I had a hard time matching what Id found with my specific taste and budget. Im highly detail oriented and unfortunately have very expensive taste. However, my luck was about to turn when I was greeted by a lovely young woman at R.F. Moellers Edina store. Jennifer Schleifer was effortlessly friendly, attentive and in contrast to several other jewelry stores, exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. It was refreshing and reassuring to finally meet someone with an honest interest in and dedication to finding the perfect ring for me. Which means a lot with such an important investment. My husband whom hates going into stores in general, was equally impressed by Jennifers hard work and professionalism. She truly made my long search much easier, and I absolutely adore my cushion cut eternity band. Im already looking forward to my next jewelry adventure. I would recommend Jennifer and R.F. I have been in search of the "right" Rolex watch for sometime now, and I have been to a couple of other jewelers in multiple states. I never felt completely taken care of or it felt like I was being "sold" something. I stopped into R.F. Moellers in Edina, and Gabriel East was there to help me. At first I was apprehensive, but he just let me look while making very polite conversation. He didnt appear "salesman-like", yet was professional. I am extremely hard to please and very detailed oriented. I also hate shopping, so he made it very easy for me by quickly pulling out several watches that were similar to the style I showed interest in without me asking. This specific store also had a much larger selection of Rolex watches then even the Vegas Rolex store I visited. They were more than willing to negotiate with me a bit, and do everything I felt I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. I bought my Rolex here, and will continue to shop at this location despite the fact that it is 40 minutes from my home. Thanks Gabriel!
