If I could give this Jeweler more than five stars, I would! A neighbor referred me there and now I would not DREAM of going anywhere else. Im currently working with Tom to make a custom wedding ring and he has been so cool and easy to work with that its UNBELIEVABLE! Everyone who works there is knowledgable, fair, HONEST, pleasant, and the prices are below what I would expect. Their integrity is second to none.- I trust them completely. No one is pushy and they will give you their honest opinion, even if that means them losing some money/business. They put their customers first- PERIOD. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My husband took his expensive Movado watch to Look Jewelers to get fixed. They said it needed a new "movement" ($200.00) He wore it for several days and it kept losing time. He took it back two weeks ago; they still have it He also had them replace a gold clasp on his gold chain, and SPECIFICALLY told them he wanted the broken GOLD clasp back; well they first claimed they couldnt find it , then said that it had already been melted down!!!! The replacement clasp was put on wrong, so we had to make a 3rd 24 mile trip; and now we have to make a fourth 24 mile trip to get the watch. Were hoping to get the watch back before they melt THAT!.

I have been going to Look Jewelers for nearly seven years. Two weeks ago I purchased a ring from Tom. As usual, I got the best product, price, and service a person could ask for. I pretty much skipped out of the store because I was so happy! The customer service Tom offers, and the integrity he upholds, is so impressive. He will take the time to explain anything and everything to you in great detail until you are comfortable with your decision and purchase. There is no sales pressure at all. I highly recommend Look Jewelers for any and all jewelry needs. I am a very happy customer for life!

Very knowledgeable and experienced. Repaired several of my watches over the years including Movado and Tag Heuer. They offer detailed advice on the work to be performed so I can be comfortable that I have the information I need as to price and etc. They also have a great selection of jewelry including some unique pieces. When its time for gifts, this is the only jewelry store I will shop at.

This is the best jeweler I have ever worked with! Tom is a master at all kinds of jewelry including watches and rings.They are kind hearted, friendly,HONEST people that own the business. I was referred to by my mother in law who has brought all of her jewelry there for repair, cleaning, and maintenance. Would recommend to anyone!!

Very knowledgeable and easy too work with. I went in to look at anniversary rings: pricing and quality very reasonable. No high pressure sales approach. Also dropped off a ring to be resized a half hour before close. Ring was ready the following day. I would recommend Look Jewelers for service or new purchases.

Fast, expert repair service. Center stone setting badly bent and now beautifully straightened; broken prong and missing stone replaced and repaired along with 2 resizings. Tom is very friendly and easy to work with. Very happy with his work!
