Hola fuimos el dia viernes mi esposo mis dos pequeños hijos y yo en busqueda de una cama nos recibio un muchacho con una sonrisa en su rosto y muy bien presentado impecable diria yo enseguida se nos presento Yaziel Noa desde principio a fin fue el vendedor mas amable que hemos conocido nos ayudooo en todo y hasta mas quedamos mas que satisfecho y ganaron una clienta siempre y cuando siempre sea el mi vendedor hahahhaha!!!! Ojala hubieran mas vendedores como el estamos recien mudados de Brooklyn NY y asi como es de frio su clima asi es su gente mas Yaziels para NYC seria estupendo!! Otra cosa nos acompaño hasta la salida practicamente nos monto al carro excelente detalle!! Ya anoche dormimos en la cama que era un obsequio pero no pudimos hicimos un cambio dimos la q teniamos y agarramos esta que cama tan deliiiciosa y el colchon que el nos recomendo ni decirles esa cama como dijo mi esposo esta manana no se mueveeee! Mi experiencia es maravillosa para mí esta es la mejor mueblería y la demás alta calidad escribo esto porque tengo la experiencia con sus muebles son lo máximo y sobre la experiencia con el vendedor Douglas Calix es maravilloso tubo. Una atención verdaderamente producido al muy atento y complaciente en cantada lo recomiendo a todos los que deseen recibir una excelente atención y paciencia para sus clientes difícil de encontrar en Florida y mucho menos en hialeah que para mi experiencia es lo más malo en Estados Unidos en lo que se refiere a atención al cliente pero ustedes con vendedores como Douglas Calix y la calidad de sus muebles siempre serán la mueblería numero uno gracias por su atención María Eugenia Rios

I had a great experience at this location after visiting el dorado in Calle 8, the one in Doral, and the one by the palmetto. The products vary from place to place by very little but what truly made a difference in buying the product was the courtesy and the patience I experienced with Darling. I went to a number of places before I came to el dorado in Hialeah and the people were just not interested in helping me seek the options that I had in the store talking about the product, it seemed like they thought I was not going to buy anything because I looked so young. I initially just bought the bed set and I decided to go back and search for the mattress at the same location with darling again because she provided a full description of the product and had the patience to go through most of the beds with my mother and I. I do plan to go again and look for the same representative to look for the accessories for my room. I highly recommend her. Now I did have a little bad experience when I was paying, the customer service representative had a little attitude when I was paying but nothing too drastic, she just rolled her eyes when I told her I was paying some cash and a credit card. Now I think its bad to react this way because of the fact that she works customer service but maybe she was having a bad day, regardless I didnt stress it but I hope shes not doing the same with her coworkers or other customers.

We just moved to Miami Lakes last Dec. and have bought all of our new furniture at this El Dorado location. Weve had the pleasure of working closely with Dia & Hector on numerous occasions. Theyre both amazing! When I tell you that me and my husband went to several locations and visited many competitors in town. We found that this El Dorado had everything we were looking for. If they didnt, you bet Hector & Dia both tried all they could to get us what we wanted. They did every time! Hence, why we stayed loyal and ended up purchasing everything from this one location off of 49 ST. Even the worst part the cashing out process was always a delight with Andy at your service. They always call after delivery to make sure everything was fine. Even when I had an issue with a lingerie chest which didnt close properly they came and took care of it within the week. Delivery staff was always on time, friendly, and efficient. You definitely cant go wrong here! They carry all their new modern line and many more styles! We were mostly interested in modern design. We were able to find everything we wanted here. No one else could compare in terms of customer service, style, & quality. Ask for Dia or Hector!

La experiencia de mi familia en el Dorado en Hialeah fue expectacular allí fuimos atendido por la joven Yohana García con una excelencia en su trató y comprensión de nuestros gustos, llevo un seguimiento continuo en la orden realizada por nosotros donde más del 80% fue ideas acordes a nuestro proyecto dadas por ella, en realidad fue muy grata nuestra estancia allí y solo por la presciencia de Yohana orientándonos y aconsejándonos para la compra de veas fue un gustazo haber echo negocios con Uds Gracias

Nunca hago review pero definitivamente tengo que darle crédito a la vendedora Yoanna, que tuvo mucha paciencia y me ayudó muchísimo a elegir mi juego de cuarto. Desde que entrè fueron muy atentos y ella estuvo conmigo en todo momento hasta que por fin decidí cuál era el que me llevaría.. en ningún momento me apurò a elegir algo q no estaba conforme y ella muy atenta a lo que estaba buscando. Si decean algo para su hogar con calidad y buen servicio les recomiendo Eldorado en hialeah y pregunten por Yoanna.

Una de las mejores experiencias que he experimentado desde que llegue a este pais fue haber comprado mis muebles en el dorado furniture. La tienda ubicada en hialeah es espectacular, y no hablar del trato por excelencia que nos dio Dia Piloto, una muchacha bien joven pero igual de profesional y elegante. Sin dudas sera bien recomendada a todos mis amigos y familiares.

Beautiful store and friendly salesman. Delivery on the other hand was HORRIBLE not only they were 2 hours past the range time I was given on the day of the sale, but also the table glass was shattered when it finally arrived. Thats not the actual problem I understand things can break during transportation. The problem is that now they called me and are telling me, that I have to wait 3 days for they to deliver my table, cause they are to busy. In the mean time they are gonna charge me $ 9 more dollars for reprocessing and re-delivering my order, while I use my hand as table for 4 days. You know I thought this was a serious business, so I got rid of my old table today in the morning.
