We visited this shop to buy a king size bed frame. They were very friendly and had a good range of furniture in many different styles. The sales staff were informative. We settled on a king size wooden bed frame which cost around $3K. We were assured of the best delivery and after sales care and bought an extra warranty for $300 which was supposed to cover all accidental damage etc. We left the store pleased with our purchase. Delivery was set two days later. The delivery guy came to our house with two large boxes, unpacked them and then realized that there were missing boxes, he left the boxes and said he will be back in a few days - A bit disappointing but not that bad Indeed a few days later he came back and completed the job - all was good Possibly about 10 days later we noticed that the wood on one side of the bed appeared to have split, we went to the store who said that you need to call the warranty place, the store were not that interested in attending to us - well at that point we were glad to have the warranty We then called the warranty and they asked to send a picture - we did this and then called up, they said that this is not covered as the damage was entirely our fault which it definitely was not. They said that the warranty does not cover it - a very different story to that when we were buying the bed which they said would cover everything and you will not have to worry at all. Essentially it appears that the warranty is totally meaningless and a complete waste of $300K they are extremely unhelpful once you have made your purchase and for wood to split on a bed only 10 days after must mean bad quality

Very disappointed in their customer service and quality. Purchased a mattress and not a cheap one either. Was delivered to us defective...sags in the middle and one side and mattress coils make noise when you move on the mattress. Called customer service and they set-up an appointment to bring to warehouse in Ft. Lauderdale to replace. My husband drove 60 miles in the rain and they barely looked at it (less than 5 minutes) and said there was nothing wrong with the mattress and refused to take care of the issue because we didnt buy the extended warranty. This has an original warranty which apparently is useless. 2 people came out and my husband argued with them that it is defective...all they kept saying is we dont see anything wrong with it. They didnt even remove the plastic off the mattress to see if there was anything wrong. There is no way in the few minutes they spent to look at it that anyone could have determined anything. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. Let the buyer beware...poor quality and customer service. Now stuck with a mattress that is no good and will have to go somewhere else to buy a new one. This company sucks...will pursue with Sealy and hopefully have a better experience. I just want a replacement that isnt defective...thats not too much to ask.

I needed a new mattress, so a friend suggested trying City Furniture/AshleyFurniture. On July 3rd we visited the branch on Airport RD. There were so many styles to choose from! A very nice young man called Juan Lopez was my sales man, he was excellent encouraging me to try each one, bringing me a pillow to use, and explaining the benefits of each style, after examining about 10 mattresses I told him I wanted to check the styles that City which was adjoining had. I then went over and started looking finally someone approached us, this person could care less and actually started helping another couple while answering a question I had! I left and went back to Juan and after revisiting a couple of styles we closed the deal, He was the consummate salesperson and paid attention to every detail, He is the reason I purchased the BeautyRest Mattress. If I had gone over to City first, I would probably have left, Juan I understand is fairly new but he is Excellent I will not hesitate to recommend Ashley Furniture and Juan, to anyone and to return for future purchases. Delivery was the next day, and it was prompt and fast they know what they are doing, I was also called by customer service, and sent a feedback email. Good service in store, and after. Thank You.

If I could give no stars I would. I went there and had a wonderful sales woman (This poor review isnt really directed at her). I found a mattress I was in love with! It was like sleeping on a cloud. However, I was not informed it was only that soft because the hundreds of people that have tested it out previously. The mattress in total cost me $800! And I got something that was suppose to be warrantee. I got the mattress and it was as hard as a brick! So much so that I even thought it was the wrong mattress all together. Its not. But they didnt warn of this. I am only 90 pounds! I will NEVER be able to break it in! And the only thing they could do for me is charge me more money to pick another mattress (that will be just as misleading) that has to be equal or greater value. So I have to spend more of my hard earned money because your product was insanely misleading and what I recieved wasnt what was shown to me? How does that even work? Thats ridiculous! I will never shop with your company again.

My wife and I had just Closed out a deal on our new home and needed some furniture right away. Late afternoon on 6/23/2017 we decided to stop at Ashley Furniture to see their deals. The moment we walked through their doors we were greeted by Nathan, the closing manager. Nathan was super professional and so eager to help us! We were a bit unprepared, not knowing exactly what we wanted but Nathan was so engaging that in no time we knew exactly what we wanted. He was so professional and full of knowledge on store policy and had really great interpersonal communication and customer service skills. My wife and I were down to 4 different options and we were never rushed to make a decision even though the stores was closing. Long story short he stayed with us until we made a decision and we left the store one hour after regular closing time, needless to say , Nathan was awesome!!!!! J. ROBINSON

Purchased $3000 furniture from Ashley furniture just few days ahead of Labor Day. I had specifically asked if I can avail the Labor Day offer even though Im buying a few days ahead. The sales person GIGI confirmed multiple times that of it is within 30 days of purchase, I could get that offer applied later. Come Labor Day, I went to the store to get this benefit and she denied this because of some other change in my purchase. Apparently I financed it for 12 months and she couldnt give me the offer. She never said any clause when we were there to buy. I made the purchase before sale day even though I could have waited because of her. She was so nice to us. But we later realized that it was all her sales trick. She boasts of 18 years in sales. It is the18 years of cheating experience in fact Disappointed. Please be aware of these tricks if you decide to shop here
