Clean, Bright, Airy, Open, Friendly and Helpful! Professional and considerate. Great experience! I have never been into a Pawn shop before today, After visiting three today, this establishment puts the others to shame. Quite literally, an Industry "Benchmark", Im certain! I didnt need my inexpensive 20 year old .22 rifle enough to keep it any longer. I couldnt sell it on eBay or Craigslist, so I called some pawn-brokers. After visiting the two shops on Huron, west of Telegraph, I drove up Dixie to see what Mega-Pawn would offer me. Right away they remembered my call of the day before, they understood I didnt need to pawn the rifle and wanted to sell it outright. They Offered me 3 times what the SHYSTERS on Huron did without blinking an eye. I did my research, I knew roughly what it was worth to them, and it was if I sold it to a friend, or at the very least thru a classified ad. No Low Balling, No Gimmicks. Straight up. It was as if I were selling in a consignment shop. The service was exactly as if I were giving them money instead of the reverse. I guess if I ever NEEDED a Pawning service, this is the place I would go. I feel comfortable with assuming they would be as helpful and considerate as professionally possible. Thanks, Guys, for a pleasant experience and a brighter outlook on a difficult industry. You Rock!

I had never pawned anything before and was trying to figure out where to go. I saw the other review and gave this place a shot. The staff really is extremely friendly and helpful. They offered me $475 for something I had been trying to sell myself for $500. They also explained pawning versus selling and how it worked in detail so I knew exactly what I was doing. They even remembered me when I came back a week and a half later. If you want top dollar from people who genuinely sincere, then go here.

Great friendly staff, great selection, always willing to help. Unlike the big chains stores, these guys will take the time to work with you to figure out which gun is best for you. Provided me with all the information I needed to know before I made a purchase from them. I am very impressed with the level of service at this Mega Pawn. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

They wanted to give me $20 for my ps3 4 games and a ring and they were nothing but rude to me when I called and told them im bringing my ps3 they never told me I need to bring the controllers and stuff that came with it when I got there they were nothing but rude to me go anywhere but here trust me just rude employees

ripoff 100 bucks higher on all used guns, new guns are all beat to hell and over priced, half the power tools i have bought dont work or i had to give to the previous owner via waterford police for it being stolen. great place if you are looking to fence an item
