We love Pawn USA. They are great people! We have only had a problem one time with them, but in their defense the were sharing their space with another pawn shop at the time. And, they did make up for the loss of my Xbox 360 by giving my boyfriend an entirely new system, that was better than the first one! Thanks guys, and keep up the great work!
