I had been looking for a SUV for about 2 months. We found Pomoco Nissan when the check engine light came on in our Maxima. As we waited, Salesman Conrad struck up a conversation and I decided to look here for the 2nd car. I explained what I wanted, perks and price range, and he stuck to it. If there was a car out of my range, he didnt push it. After about 4 hours, I settled on a 2004 Chevy Tahoe. He took 3K off the price, so with purchasing costs, I would still be in my price range. Working with Conrad was great! Unfortunately that was the end of my good times with Pomoco Nissan. The service dept working on our Maxima found the problem, but refused to properly explain it, they tried to bamboozle us into paying for more work, filters, etc... all had nothing to do with a EVAP sensor. After we left, the light came on again less then 24 hours later. They kept the car another 48 hours, only to say the original problem hadnt been fixed correctly. And then there was my Tahoe. When I purchased the car, I listed problems that needed to be fixed. A rug stain and a broken 6-disk CD player. I also bought clear coat. It took 4 weeks to sort out. Week 1: I scheduled an appointment. I was called back and told my appt would have to be rescheduled because they werent clear coating that week. The woman moved my appointment to the next week. The day of the original appointment, I called the service department just to make sure I wasnt supposed to bring it in for the other issues. The guy told me no. Four hours later, the service department calls me asking where I was. I told them I had just called and was told NOT to bring in my car. I decided to bring my car down anyways because the dye guy was there. A few hours later, I was told they didnt have enough dye to fix the problem and that I had to reschedule. Week two: I had to move the already scheduled clear coat appointment to coordinate with the dye guy. I brought in the car in and the radio was not in yet and apparently there was a mix up on the dates the dye guy showed up. Clear coat was applied. Week three: I called to schedule my radio-dye appointment. Also, my tire pressure light went on, so I wanted them to check it out for any slow leaks.. I was told they would call me back once they had the information about the radio. No one called. Two days later I call again. They tell me to bring in the car at 8AM tomorrow for the dye job and the radio will be installed also. I bring in the car. My service guy is not in, another guy helps me. Per a note, he asks if I want a 1-disk or 6-disk CD player to replace the broken 6-disk. I dont have to answer, because he know thats a ridiculous question... but alas my radio had not been order yet because of this detail. Dye job is completed. No one checks my tires, light is still on and dinging loudly every time you turn on the car. Im then told my service guy will call me to schedule my radio appointment. He never does. I call and leave him two messages, no call backs. Week four. At this point Im upset. I call again, no one calls me back. I end up leveling with the receptionist, explaining Im going to lose it if I dont speak with a manager right now. She gives me a voice mail. I leave a angry message and KAZAAM! My service guy calls me back within an hour. I schedule an appointment, reminded them about the tire pressure light, and asked that locking lug nuts be put on my wheels. I bring in the car, no one can tell me how much the lug nuts will cost. It takes my service guy 3 hours to call me back. He tells me its going to be $67... not including service. This apparently was the price of the parts! I guess my service guy doesnt have internet, because anyone can clearly look up auto parts and find out that locking lug nuts for a Chevy Tahoe can be purchased for $9 at Advance Auto Parts. I told him no way and picked up my car and drove it home. Guess what popped on as soon as I turned the key!! The Tire Pressure Light.

This place is a joke. I left a review about something I felt was unfair 3 months ago and they blew me up via phone and email. After we talked it out I removed the review so now today I call to schedule an appointment and they said "I bashed them so Im banned" Really?...Mind you I bought the car from Pomoco and I have a three year warranty. The saying the customer is always right does not apply here, they like to filter their comments and testimonials on sites they can control so you will only see the "good". Im guessing they felt exposed when I called them out on their bluff $300 recommendation which did not even exist after I got a second opinion from another place. Since all of these negative experiences, I advise you to be careful with Pomoco Hampton theyll do whatever it takes to sell you a car and then treat you like crap afterwards. This is the worst service I have ever dealt with. "Banning" someone from not getting service because they voiced their opinion online (and begging me to remove it the next day) is one of the lowest and most pathetic thing I ever witnessed. In response: What I said is strictly facts. Why must you keep using the term "bash"? I simply left a review about my experience there that specific day. Not everyones experience is the same, I hoped you would actually realize that. I did not come in for that specific issue because for what? There was no reason since I was told by more than one shop that there is no problem. I planned to come in this week because if I remember correctly we e-mailed each other about 2 months ago and you stated that it was just a "mistake" so I deleted the review. I decided there was no bad rep between us. However, you are still upset at the fact that I left that review which does not even exist! What kind of business holds a grudge? I expected much more RESPECT and COURTEOUSY from a dealership I buy my car from. If I spend $18,000 on a vehicle and I do not feel I am getting the service I deserve I am going to voice my opinion on it. That is what REVIEWS are for.

To bad I was required to give Pomoco Nissan a star! I will not be giving them anything else, ever again! I took my Armada in for an oil change, state inspection and a quote for a remote starter. The entire service dept was completely rude and obviously not happy to be there. No mistaken the fact that they are miserable employees! My trucks state inspection was rejected due to the windshield wiper having a tear. They wanted to sell me one for $39. I asked to see the tear, the guy from the service dept looked at all four ends of the wipers and could not find it, he then picked up one end of the wiper and proceeded to rip it. I told him, he was ripping it and to stop. He said, its rejected and walked off. The wiper is nice, black and plyable....not white/dry rotted and crumbly. I bought one at Advance for $12. Pomoco told me I needed one front end shock and it would cost me $947. At Advance the shocks sell for $80. (I priced it when I bought the wiper blade). I had asked for a quote on installing a remote starter...They quoted $700 for the remote start instulation. I was told I needed new front brakes. I argued with the green team service writer that my brakes were new. He pretty much told me that I did not know what I was talking about. in the end, he stated that the mechanic had made a mistake on the brakes. The cashier was just as rude and unhappy as the rest of them. I work hard for my money and did not want to give those nasty, DISHONEST, rude people any of it. My family has been long time customers of Pomoco, but they will not be seeing me in there again!
