The man that works behind the counter was so rude to me. To the point that other associates jumped in to help me. I came to have a floral arrangement made - not a pre-made one. I was taking my time picking out flowers and colors, because this was being delivered to my mother-in-laws friend (her father passed). My first question was, will you be able to deliver today? I ended up spending $124 on an arrangement & delivery. Marisol reassured me that she would send a pic of the arrangement, the pic was never sent. I also called the next day to insure the delivery would take place before 12pm - unfortunately, the same rude man answered the phone, I told him that I never received the picture and he began to talk over me stating he doesnt know how to take a picture and I would have to wait a few hours for someone else to help me. I told him thats not possible if the flowers are actually going to be delivered today.... Moral of the story: I spent $124 on an arrangement, I dont know what it looks like & I will be surprised if its really going to be delivered. SCAM!!!! BEWARE!!!

I contacted my local florist to place an order for a PLANT for my parents. She called back and stated this florist is in her "wire" network, and they wanted to charge a $25 delivery fee for a $50 order, because its "holiday" season (its November 16). I then called the florist to inquire about the delivery/charges, and whoever answered just yelled at me! I have never had an experience like this! She told me if I placed the order directly with her, she would do the plant and delivery for $50 total. She continued to complain about paying the driver as well as telefloral taking a cut. And my florist here in my town. She then told me to call back if I want to place an order. I said this was the 2nd call trying to order, and asked if she was having a bad day as she was yelling at me from the beginning. No idea what was going on, but it will be my last contact with this florist. Good luck if you choose to use them.

I ordered flowers complete with set-up and delivery for my wedding this past week. Not only did the delivery person show up late, he did NOT speak english, he did not know how to set up the flowers on the chuppa as promised, and the flower arrangements were too big to hang with the flimsy wire pieces he provided. A few people commented that the flowers were "funeral-like" rather than meant for a wedding. Most unforgiveably, he forgot the grooms boutineer. He came back with something for the groom after the ceremony had already started. Family members were forced to miss pictures with the photographer because they were busy trying to hang up the flowers. The quality of the flowers was great but the delivery was disasterous.

After a number of years of using the florist, I have decided not to use them any more. I ordered a beautiful arrangement (just like I have done many times in the past, and bought it to my mother for her birthday (same office building for the last 10+ years) and within 2 days the flowers were dying. I called Rosewood and explained to them what took place and basically was told they would not do anything about it. A number of orders from this organization, been satisfied for so many years and this one instance has totally turned me off from any further association with them.

First time in and I was immediately greeted, helped, given options, with great customer service and a friendly attitude by the gentlemen who works there. He answered my questions without any attitude. This was my first stop after not finding anything I liked at a nearby Randalls. Glad I stopped by and it was my first attempt at a nearby florist. Great shop and they close at 6pm and I made it in time before visiting my new nephew. Oh and they gave a cardboard box that held up the flowers and the vase upright in the car which is awesome!

I have been going to Rosewood Nursery for years. It all began as I bought fresh roses for my girlfriend (now wife) years ago. They always took the time and care to provide me the best flowers and wrapped them in beautiful wrapping paper with all the trimmings (baby breath, etc). Since then they have practically supplied all the plants for my patio. A gorgeous ficus, bougainvillea, oleanders, hibiscus, gardenias and orchids. They are very service oriented and always offer very competitively priced plants. This place is a gem.

Ive been coming here for years and I agree you dont get the best service all the time . But I have to say they do a good job all the time . If ur looking for someone to pat u on the back and want u to say how u doing how the kids and what was for dinner and all that , than go to Randalls or Kroger . But if you want flowers ask and you shall receive . Rose wood gets down on flowers they are good and In quality .

Sissy and Rosewood Florist has been making arrangements for me on a personal and professiional level for years (at least 15 in fact). I dont go anywhere else! The flowers are gorgeous and you cant beat the price anywhere!

Beautiful wedding flowers. They let you pick your flowers as they arrive weekly... Really nice service. I ordered my flowers 2 days before my wedding and they did a terrific job.
