The salesperson that rocks at this boutique is "Bettina" do your self a favor and ask for her she will make you feel like you are worth a Trillion bucks even if you spend $500 or $50,000 there will be no difference in her level of service for you. Im in sales and she sold me which typically sales people are very critical of other sales people but in her case I came to buy a bag and left with a bag and two pairs of shoes just because it was her and she knew what I would like instantly. She does not rush you and she had a line of people waiting for her and still she did not rush anyone. You can tell she good if clients wait to see her. Awesome experience even the lady in the shoe side was awesome as well but sadly I did not remember her name. High class service is what you expect spending the kind of money you do in Chanel and Bettina has delivered this to me every time I have been in this boutique.

Staff is as you would expect in a luxury store. However, Chanel does not appear to stand behind their products anymore. Lens came loose on $350 pair sunglasses after 5 months!... Thought for sure would be Dior like experience where, walk in & walk out with replacement.. oh no.... Defective eyewear being sent for repair (???!!!) Could take about 6 weeks.....

I love Chanel! Ive been shopping here since 2007. Ive been to a lot of Chanel Boutiques all around the world, From Paris to Tokyo. And I can honestly say this one has one of the best customer service. Ive worked with Kumi, Gustavo, Sven.... Really wonderful people. I would skip the poor customer service at LV next door and just come here.

Terrible Dont go to this store. They have the worst collection and They will sell you their worst bags . They will not tell you if there is something wrong with the bag either. They are very dishonest. And guess what if something is wrong with the bag, they wont take any responsibility for it and refuse to take it back or repair it . Run!
