Im really disappointed with their Vision Center. The Optometrist was very friendly and informative and so was the staff but its been almost a month and neither of my order have even shipped. I was told my script sunglasses would be 2 weeks and the regular glasses 3 weeks. Well here we are at 3 weeks and nothing is ready. I wasnt informed that there would be a delay or that things were backed up. Had I been notified I would have been more than understanding. Like I said, the doctor and her staff are very friendly and informative but what ever is going on in the processing has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was in the womens shoe section today and in the aisle there were a stack of shoes with a red doorbuster sign on it when I asked what the sale price was the sales associate told me it was for the day before. Usually a store will honor the sale if the sign is still on it. I asked to speak to a Manager and Jennifer talked to me and told me also it was not a doorbuster anymore and I told her that any other store I have been to would honor it if they failed to take the sign down. She would not honor the sale price but she took the sign down. Not good customer service JC Penny.

Made appointment at salon for 11:00 am day before visit for cut and perm on senior citizen. When we arrived the following day at 10:45 am we where asked to take a seat. We waited till 11:30 but no service, so we decided to leave. This was the first and last visit there. To make an appointment in advance then have to wait a half an hour is inexcusable. The days of customer service are long gone at JC Pennys.

While JCP offers great prices and Quality products, the small writing for most of the sales, is extremely frustrating. Additionally the checkout staff at this location can be on the slower side. Store is typically clean and organized.

I luv the store but shouldnt have move things around just for appliance they should have remain on line only..need more options for big & tall woman & mens...overall yall need more space!

Im glad they went back to having their weekly deals with text msg. I can always find nice clothes at reasonable pricing. Great Black Friday Deals this year!

This review is for the styling salon. For a cut and blow dry is 48$! This may be ok at a high end salon or perhaps with an experienced stylist.
