I love the Disney store! Lets talk about the fun factor. This is the Happiest Store on Michigan Avenue. Its like going to Disney World without any of the traveling. All of the classics are here: Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Donald & Goofy but so are all of the new characters. In fact, Disney is a marketing genius. They even have the toys for movies that are about to be released. Thats brilliant to start selling the toy prior to the movie release. Disney fans are nuts and theyll buy anything. Not only does this store carry all of the Disney toys but they also carry clothes. There are princess dresses for the girls and pirate, cowboy & space ranger costumes for the boys. Yes your little one can dress up like there favorite character. There are also t-shirts for both the kids and adults. I always like to check these out because sometimes there are some real cool ones for me. The staff here is amazing. They are so happy. Yeah Disney has that effect on people. The staff then passes that happiness on to you the customer. Its a win-win for everyone. So next time you are feeling down, then plan a trip here and youll be happy in no time at all. Just keep your fingers crossed they dont play the song "Its a Small World After All" that will ruin anyones day! Ha!

This store is gorgeous from the outside, very inviting. Inside it was clean, open, well organized. There was a nice variety of items compared to my local Disney store. I had one major complaint.. I went one day to look around and saw something I liked, the next day I went back to purchase it and it was no longer there. Instead of suggesting I check the store nearby(a 10 min train ride IF that) he just said there were none left. I didnt even know there was a store nearby, being from out of town.. so that could have made a big difference in my trip. Im pretty disappointed after learning I may have found my item while I was on vacation if it werent for his lack of help.

My wife and I are what one might call Disney Freaks. This past weekend we were in Chicago and took advantage to hit up as many Disney stores as we could. This was by far my favorite for 1 reason. Yellie. She really made us feel like we were at Disney World. She truly brings the Disney Magic to Chicago. I encourage any other Disney Fans that are visiting Chicago to visit this store. You will definitely have a magical experience!

Ah, the Disney store, its what dreams are made of! The store was packed but thats to be expected with every Disney store. The staff is very friendly and polite. They always greet you when you enter and ask if you need anything. The merchandise can be expensive but they have specials all the time. Like clearance licensed tshirts for $10 and the clearance section has goodies all the time as well -- you might have to just dig for it.

This isnt a huge store, but it carries most of what youd want in a Disney Store. Does the job for last-minute birthday presents and usually carries the in character that is in the latest hit movie. Wish it was bigger and had more diverse inventory. There is very limited adult merchandise and apparel.

Love this place!!! an indoor market full of unique products that makes gift buying a lot easier. Youll find many unique items here. Many different vendors all at one location. It is not your average store, perfect place to find gifts for friends.

The staff isnt unfriendly, but theyre not very welcoming, either. In all the time i was in the store, not once did an employee ask if i needed help, or if i was able to find what i was looking for. All in all it was a very meh experience.

Not normally my kind of place, but went in with a friend. Mulan was playing on the TV screen and the staff and I sang along to the movie. Left smiling at a fun, random time with strangers.
