I only wish they allowed negative stars for this place. First it was a bone riddled filet (boneless filet), expect bones. The manager was nice about giving us a refund for a ruined meal and in-turn, we purchased more meat and seafood, just not the offending filet. Anyway, after shopping there yesterday, we got home and noticed that we had been overcharged $2 on a 12 pack of Coke. Taking the receipt in this morning and hoping for an easy fix, HA, no such luck. The person that was "in charge" ran around, found a trashed crumple sign with the higher price, acknowledged that the sale price was back there on another sign, but refused to refunded difference. Instead we were told we could drive all the way back home, pick up the 12 pack and return it if we felt so wronged!!! Sure if Ms. Things would like to pay for the gas to do so!! Rotten attitude from Ms.Thing the manager du jour. We really did like going to Festival, but not anymore. Id rather find new places to shop then feel not only screwed, but insulted besides!

I gotta say, and I wish I can emphasize any harder. FRESHEST LARGESCALE MARKET IN BLOOMINGTON. The employees are always amiable and willing to help answer any question in any department. I come here just about every day for the last 2 and a half years. My favourite employee is a sweet lady whos name is Cindy, because she always compliments my daughter and she is a very diligent worker, and just a good lady you can look forward to seeing when you shop here. The layout of the store is much different than Cub Foods, but these fine folks at festival work very hard to make sure our shopping experience is without a doubt, the apogee of grocery shopping experiences. P.S. That deli is an oasis of readily available comfort foods.

It saddens me to find out that Festival Foods Bloomington has partnered with British Petroleum (BP), where oil spill settlements in the south due to BP negligence have yet to be cleared in full. I personally take this partnership as an insult to injury and such as I have not entered a BP station since the horrific accident and cover up. Also, it saddens me to say that I will have to change my food supply vendor to that whom do not promote such atrocities. There are families starving on the southern coast due to BPs acts and as such I bid Festival Foods good will and good bye.

It has the nice prices of CUB or Rainbow, but with the high end quality of Byerlys or Lunds. If you go there, be sure to check out the coffee shop and bakery area. One guy in particular who works there is so great, remembers what type of latte you ordered last time, and can suggest something new to try out! On that note, I highly suggest the mocha frappe (whatever they call it) drink! They use really good chocolate in their mochas!

I only got coffee here, the barista who helped had no clue what she was doing. I ordered an espresso with steamed milk and she poured me half a cup of coffee and then let me take a pitcher with half a gallon of frothed milk to my table. Very unusual...

Good restaurant hidden inside. Overpriced and insanely disorganized supermarket section though. Prime USDA meat is mislabeled and swapped for cheaper cuts of meat and then overcharged. Groceries are crazy expensive. Varieties are hit or miss.

This is nice cozy spot to carry on casual conversations. The food is well prepared delicious, portion size is just right. The wait staff friendly, cheerful helpful attentive and they keep your coffee cup full.

Even though its more spend than cub its still my go to grocery store. The bakery is just amazing (my downfall). I will admit that their berries are a bit hit or miss. Otherwise their produce is great quality.

Mixed feelings about this place. Staff are very nice but the layout of the store is all mixed up and weird. Also they have a terrible beer section. Basically a 4ft wide shelf with no variety.

A a little bit overpriced, but overall clean. And nothing remarkable about this staff. They do their job but dont go out of their way to make Festival Foods feal like a terrific place place.

Great Scandinavian restaurant attached. Prices are a tad higher than other grocery stores, which I believe they attempt to justify with the slightly higher-scale selection in some areas.

The look and feel of a high end store with none of the products. Everything is difficult to find and is not in a logical order. I rarely go here and not walk out completely annoyed.

Festival Foods is a great neighborhood grocery store. Everyone is very friendly and they have wonderful kids events during holidays. I highly recommend stopping in.

Nice, clean and friendly. The layout is weird so its hard to aisle to aisle shopping or if I am looking for just a couple things. Deli lady I spoke with was awesome.

Festival has done a good job of keeping much of the quality of the previous Byerlys. Produce and meats are fresh, bakery is decent, in store service is attentive.

Its like Lunds but with a different name. The place sells hip items and a high price tag to go with it. The service is good and the place is clean.

Why is the Eau Claire Wisc store amazing and not very expensive but this location think it is Byerlys? Cashier was higher than a kite as well.

It is a small grocery store, but had everything you need. The staff are super friendly, recognizing regulars. I shop here whenever I can.

Prices are more in line with Lunds or Whole Foods than Cub or Aldi. The produce looks fantastic and theres a nice selection. Very clean.

The selection is limited. Like other chain markets they like to push their brand by limiting options. Prices were ok.

Large grocery store that still holds the neighborhood feel of when Byerlys was there. Great bakery is a plus!
