I just left the Winchester location and there were 3 employees working. One gentlemen was working with a customer. The other two employees were seated at a station together working and talking. We were there for about 10 minutes and no one greeted us. The employee with a customer ended his transaction then answered the phone. Still no one greeted us. I mentioned this to the employee who answered the phone. He apologized, but the other employee, a female still said nothing. As a matter of fact, she made a phone call. The other male employee did apologize, but I was still not satisfied. Did I mention we were the only customers in the store! Dont waste your time waiting there. Go somewhere that values customers. I made an effort to reach out to the general manager. I plan to email him also.

Dr. Kessler and the eye exam office staff was friendly and helpful. I would give them 5 stars. When I went to the part of the store to get my glasses, the first time, the guy Ricardo was also friendly and helpful. The next day I noticed my glasses had a crack in the frame so I went back. The lady (an older African American who claimed to be the manager) I delt with at that time was very condescending and rude. Fortunately, I had purchased a warranty so I didnt have to pay for a replacement, but I dont think I should have had to used the warranty for glassed that were less than 24 hrs old. I would go back to Dr. Kessler, but I will go to another store to get my actual glasses next time. Make sure to fully inspect your glasses before you leave the store.

I took my daughter there to order a new pair of eyeglasses and it was a NIGHTMARE! The sales lady left the desk we were stationed about 15 times. I eventually said this is worse than buying a car! She said that she was the manager but I find that hard to believe due to her lack of communication and people skills. FINALLY, she said that she was going to let another lady handle it. That lady was so professional and we were out of there in 15 minutes after her takeover. Beforehand, we were there an hour and had not one thing accomplished! I do not recommend this location.

Our whole family has been going to Dr. Kessler at this location for a couple of years now. We always get a friendly welcome and Dr. Kessler takes her time and makes you feel at home and not nervous like most eye doctors at the other Visionworks I have visited. The rest of the staff is helpful and friendly as well. We went in as a family of 5 as walk-ins (I felt really bad for that) and they fit us all in! It did not take nearly as long as we thought it would have. All of us love Dr. Kessler and we highly recommend it. Our kids did great with her. They are 9, 5 & 3.

Horrible receptionist!! Wouldnt even allow you to speak before placing you on hold for LONGER than 5 mins Ive called back several times && each time was placed on hold for OVER 5 mins at that point I looked up the 1800# to file a complaint!!! Nobody should have to beg a DR to take their money its too many of them around ! Your receptionist represent you so if shes horrible what do you think patients would think of you?! Signed a pissed off RN/patient

The pair of glasses I received had the incorrect prescription, and by their policy I was unable to receive any sort of compensation or a replacement pair after 30 days. Their tests are inaccurate. When I first received the faulty pair of glasses, the clerk then tried to sell me some other useless products. I recommend a personal eye doctor to this scam.

I had a great experience at this location. The people was very nice and polite !!! Ive never worn glasses before and the sales associate Shirley helped me so much !! She explained everything to me to where I could understand!!! Love this place I will return next year !!!!!!!

I purchased glasses for my dad. Hes so pleased! He made me promise to buy all of his glasses there from now on! All the associates were very sweet to him. Hes been diagnosed with bone cancer and has trouble walking. They run to open the door whenever they see him coming.
