The pharmacy is terrible at this location. I dropped off a prescription at 3:30 and was told it would be ready by 5:30. When I came back at 5:30 to pick it up, they told me it handt been filled yet but would be ready in 20 minutes. I went home, waited an hour so as to give them plenty of time to get it filled, and on my way back up there I received a text message saying my prescription still wasnt ready! At this point I decided to have my prescription filled somewhere else, so I went there to get my prescription back. When the pharmacist gave me back my prescription they told me that they didnt have the supply to fill my order and that next time I should ask if they do. Not only did they waste three hours of my time, the want me to do their job for them!

Ive used this pharmacy for over a year so I dont know if this Walgreens is under new management, I hit a terrible shift or what, but I have not really had a problem with them until today. I will not be using this pharmacy again. The girls working there are extremely rude, I was told my prescription would be ready within an hour and when I went to pick it up I was informed it couldnt be filled until tomorrow.. wtf?! I should have been informed of this change immediately, considering what I was told- as well as the utmost inconvenience they caused me today. Dont know what happened, but go on over to Rockwall- it takes just as long and the customer service doesnt SUCK

My 3 yr old has special needs we fill alot of medicine at the pharmacy. we have been here twice a week for the last month and its been awful. Never seen the same face twice, only one person has ever smiled or acted like they liked their job. I know i better plan to wait 30 minutes if im going through the drive thru. But if i need to hurry I have to unload 2 children to go in. So now its not convenient either. I was a loyal customer in Terrell but they closed so I expected better customer service at the Forney location. Disappointed .

I use this store every week and have never had a problem, Clerks have always said hi as you walk in and always been friendly. I do not wait any longer then I do at any other store in this area. I think some people just expect never to wait longer then 5 minutes for anything and Forney has become a very busy and over grown area. I always get good service at the pharmacy and main check out area.

I had my prescription filled at the Forney location. Havent used this pharmacy in several years. Today when I picked up my meds I remembered why. I wish I hadnt had it filled there. I wont when its time for refill. Perhaps the players have changed but the attitude surely has not. There are too many pharmacies in Forney to endure attitude. Seek them out.

I went to the photo department and they did a fantastic job of making my photo id pictures that were quirky in size. They were helpful and exact in my unusual requirements. I think most places would have turned me away and told me they couldnt do it. Thank you, Mike!
