We chose to order BBQ which is cooked at the table. We chose 3 different meats and all of them were good. Chicken and beef sirloin are my favorites. It came with many traditional side dishes that were very tasty. I thought we would be able to cook the meats ourselves at our leisure, but the staff insisted on doing it for us. They dumped all of the meat for 2 of us on at once making it take forever to get done and causing our third person to have to wait even longer to get anything cooked at all. That part was disappointing. Also, I asked a server what one of the side dishes was and he had no idea! The food tasted good. They just need to work on service skills.

I was hesitant when I first saw this restaurant from the outside. This building used to be a red lobster when I was a kid and looked a little run down from the outside now. Once I entered the building and met the staff it put my mind at ease. Super friendly and helpful staff. I looked at the menu and they have tons of options. I ordered the spicy pork and the lean beef. I was pleasantly surprised. There were about eight sides that came with the meal and the way the cooked the meat was perfect. Everything was classic style Korean, even the spicy beef soup I ordered. The portion size is big, we left therere stuffed. We will visit there again soon!

Not only the best korean bbqs you can get here, you can also get a best sushi here also. I myself love sushi, and visited every sushi restaurant I could go, but for past years, all the cooks have been changed to the either chinese or korean, including short pump place and downtown richmond. Here, actually japanese cook whose been trained in japan for years and years makes great sushi and rolls. do not pay overpriced fees for your sushi elsewhere. ive seen my friend buying rolls for 12 dollars at kruger or short pump places whereas he can buy one less than 10 bucks for a very professionally made rolls. highly recommended!

Had the very unfortunate experience of eating here. Wait staff was rude, cold and unfriendly. She would more or less throw the plates on the table and when ordering give a smart add comment at every turn. The food was bland and no spice. Tasted like Panda Express. Prices were high and the portions were small. Out grill was not hooked up so we didnt even get he experience In all this place was horrible

i didnt even want to leave 1 star but theres no other option... horrible food, dog was present in restaurant, food took longer than expected, dirty glasses, waiter had to be flagged down just so we could ask for what we needed (nothing out of the usual i.e. forks, napkins, refills, etc.), and also the waiter ASKED for a tip. unprofessional and unreal. will not be dining there anymore.

I think I got my Korean shopping International Market review (great place to shop for food) mixed with this, one of "my favorite" restaurants. Here, also, the food is just the right taste and delicious. There is a wide variety of "homeland" Korean style dishes to choose from and my post military adult children love the food here, too! Enjoy the different recipes...

Had ganjjajang, tangsu yuk, eel lunch box and sundubu. Lunch box was ok, sundubu was ok, not so great. Jjajangmyun noodle was awful. Tnasuyuk was non recommendable. If you dont have experience for jenuin Korean chinses food, you may feel ok but if you miss home chinese food as Korean, food there will disappoint you for sure.

I love the shop! They sell very tasty Kimchi and other items I cant get just anywhere. Today I finally went to the restaurant, Korean Garden, and it was amazing. I loved the numerous sides they served with the Korean bbq; all kinds from steamed egg to cucumbers! Highly recommend and the price is very decent for the quality!

First time trying Korean, and it was magnificent. I got the Bul Gogi Box, which had this marinated beef. It was really tender and flavorful and came with a huge variety of accompaniments. The staff was very friendly, patient, and helped me decide what to try. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!

This place is a good start if youre a newb to Korean food. The soups are pretty tasty like the beef soup - theres plenty of meat still on the bone and its just delicious! ;o) they have really good radish kimchi and i also recommend their Yoo-Gae Jang soup. Its hot and spicy and one of the best in the richmond area.

The servers are like your grandmas, so cute! They sometimes give us a free steamed egg too so thats lovely. The attached store is tiny but well stocked (they have lots of the side dishes sold in containers if you want to take them home). Its a little pricy, but its mostly worth it.

3 years ago it was the best place to eat some good Korean food and good customer service , lately the Bimbimpab taste is slacking, fried scallop pancake the worst.. They need to get it together because its one of my favorite places to eat with a lot of college memories there

Spicy chicken with rice, tempura, salad, noodles, soup, cucumber salad, and so much more. More that one person could eat. Beautifully presented, every taste a unique treat. Lovely, attentive waitstaff. Extraordinarily reasonable lunch prices. My new favorite lunch spot!

Fast service and great food. Servers really tended to your needs and kindly explained some of the food in the menu we werent familiar with. Plenty of seats and barbecue tables for large groups. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a great Korean restaurant.

While my experience with Korean cuisine is limited, my experience with Young Bin has lasted for several years. They are a rare delight with good, and ample, food and fantastic service.

Great food in a quiet environment. Unlimited sides, handicapped friendly, clean, and has restrooms. Slightly overpriced compared to competitors less than 3 miles on that street.

I had never been to a Korea Restraunt and knew not what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The waitress was great and the food tasty. Worth a visit.

This place has great food and great atmosphere. They are in the old Red Lobster building. Best sushi I have had in Richmond, and fairly priced as well.
