Your store is the closest supermarket to my home so I shop there often, but I have a real issue with some of your employees. One employee in particular by the name of Haley who is always rude. Every time I walk up to her register, instead of a friendly hello I get a dirty look and utter silence. To top that off she throws items into the cart like shes shooting hoops. Anything that actually does come out of her mouth is rude. Haley also doesnt hand me my change but throws it on the counter. One other employee with whom Ive had an unpleasant encounter was a rather androgynous girl with short dirty blonde hair and glasses. I didnt get her name but on a recent trip to this store I checked out with her and didnt originally have a cart, so this girl put my items into the cart that was already sitting there. When I attempted to take the cart over to the counter to bag up my items she ripped the cart from my hands and told me I couldnt take it. Now Im aware that your company pays your cashiers more than the average checkout person takes home, I would think that and the cushy chair they get to sit in would afford them better customer service skills. I dont pretend to know what these girls issues are because frankly I really couldnt care less, a 5-7 minute interaction shouldnt entail so much unpleasantness. On a positive note there is one employee by the name of Jacob who is top notch. Always friendly, service with smile, no issues, no chip on his shoulder, the guy is awesome, especially compared to the two "ladies" I just mentioned. They could really stand to learn a thing or two from him. Perhaps he should re-train them. Just some insight from a rather dissatisfied customer.

This is a small, non-traditional market that seems to have more appeal to the Millennial generation and foreigners. On the plus side, the store is clean and bright; prices are lower than in traditional grocery stores. Includes some seasonal non-grocery items. Best for flexible shoppers & bargain hunters who are not tied to specific, well-known brands. Not recommended for shoppers who want large selections and established brand names. Advice: Bring your own bags (not provided free of charge). If you want a cart to use in the store, bring a quarter (refunded when you return the cart).

Im a newly converted Aldi shopper! I have no complaints about this location. All the standard Aldi rules apply (a quarter deposit for your cart, bring your own bags or purchase theirs, and they dont bag your groceries). I found everything I needed at fantastic prices. The store was orderly and there wasnt an item they didnt have on my list. You do have to forgo some specific brands.

Its very organized and tidy. Plethora of fresh foods, snacks and so much more, the prices are great as well, but make sure to bring a quarter to get a cart, which u will retrieve after putting back the cart. My only issue was the lack or cashiers but it wasnt a big deal since they always came around and made sure lines didnt get too long.

This is the ALDI I prefer to go to. I have been to 3 other ALDI around Richmond and this by far has the best selection and the nicest workers. The store is always clean and fully stocked. I have never been to this ALDI and not found exactly what I was looking for at an awesome price. I drive past two ALDI stores to get to this one.

I love all the Aldi stores around town but this one has made an entire section just for their gluten-free selection, which is fantastic and means I dont have to dig around the store to find everything. I can just head to one spot and fill the cart before stocking up on produce and cheeses.

Aldi sells fresh veggies and fruits at good price. However, their options are so limited. You have to bring your own bag cuz they dont have plastic bags. The store looks kinda sad. Sometimes there are even less customers than cashiers.

Fantastic store to look for organic, non-GMO product. Aldi is rated the best store amongst the other prime name for non-preservatives, non-GMO products. Their products are neatly organized and you can also find products from overseas.

VERY AFFORDABLE!!! most chips and cookies under 2 dollars and actually taste good. 70 dollars here would be 100 at Walmart. FINALLY IM NOT BROKE AFTER SHOPPING!
