I have been to several dealerships all over the west Utah, California, Alaska, and Wyoming. I go to these because I know I will be getting consistent product. I have to say that this dealership has let me down. I took my vehicle in for a tune up and alignment. When I picked up my vehicle my abs light was on. I thought it was weird, but thought that maybe it just needs time to reset. I drove home, which is 20 min and had to call the dealer. They told me to bring it in and I did. While I was waiting there were two elderly ladies that went in for an oil change and were still waiting 4 hrs later. They looked at my car, saying they dont know how it broke. Even though the alignment was done and I never had issues with the sensor before that. They offered to fix it, which I was pleased. They said the part would be three days out and they would call me. Well 4 days later I call them. ( Keep in mind its the middle of winter in wenatchee with freezing rain). I took it in, and all went well. A few days later my speedometer went out. Which was new for me and a little earl for the age of my car. I did some googling and found it could be the sensor that they replaced. That it may have been installed wrong or not tight. I took it in telling them the problem and asked them to look at the sensor they just installed. They refused saying that it was a brand new sensor that it has to be something else. So they "looked" at my car without checking what I asked saying the speedometer just got stuck. Well a week later when I needed to drive my vehicle my speedometer is acting out again. I have tried to call them and get it resolved, no response. I honestly have never been so disappointed in a company and their customer service. If you want things done right the first time, dont go here.

Probably the best experience you could have at a dealership. Friendly staff and an extremely quick process as well. They are willing to work with you. Leon was extremely helpful. He made the whole thing easy. Very satisfied with both this dealership and my 17 WRX. Keep up the great work you guys!

Great people and the mechanical service staff is knowledgable will show you a problem and are through when dealing with your car and in my opinion far better than Lithia Subaru in Spokane and closer. Nice "hometown" personal kinda service.

I have received fine treatment from the Service Department. They just topped off the special coolant in our Outback while I waited and no charge. Parts Department has good prices on factory oil filters, too.
