I bought a 2010 Subaru from Bee Back Motors 5 months ago, during the test drive I noticed that the a/c was not working (blows but not cold). Before I even signed the contract for the car I was told the a/c would be taken care of. First they just charged the a/c (simple fix) but that was all we thought was wrong. A week later we are back again with the same problem ... this time they changed the a/c condenser (compressor) and changed it once again. This worked for a few weeks before the a/c went out again. 3rd time - drained it and put dye in the system to see if there was a leek ... a week later, we are back again. 4th time - found a leek and changed out an o-ring then recharged the a/c once again. Last a few weeks again - 5th time - I was sent to their mechanic (Affordable Automotive - great guys). When I took it in to the Mechanic they thought they we just supposed to charge the system (UHG), explained what was going on and they looked over the system and found that the 0-ring that was changed wasnt even the correct size (wrong one) and the condenser was a rebuilt one that they did not expect to last for than a year. A/C worked for about a month - 6th time .... I am at my wits end at this point, took it to MY mechanic and he showed us where the condenser was leaking in 2 separate spots and their was leeks in the lines. I AM PAYING my mechanic to fix the problem once and for all at the cost of $1125. Trying to get ahold of Matt (the owner) at Bee Back is impossible ... they tried but seemed to only temporary fix the problem, they should of sent the damn car to their mechanic to actually have the entire thing fixed instead of me having to take care of it on my own. AT LEAST I WILL FINALLY HAVE A/C THAT WORKS.

Terrible experience. They sold me a car 6 months ago. Ive been calling since month 1 ever since I got a title and no license plates for weeks later then I had to move. I still stayed in contact with bee back and they take my number down every time just to not call back, knew of my address change and never gave me more information than the plates just probably havent gone through yet. I got a ticket two days ago for not having plates (also called and talked to them earlier that day) and today I call and they tell me I have to go to the DMV and register my car for plates. They lied and told me the plates they order go through their office before theyre sent out to customers and all of a sudden today they dont. Why did I never get a call back? Why is Tom always so rude and short on the phone? I dont have the money to get plates, so how do I get reimbursed for something I cant buy and have less than 30 days to get on my car and have proof for CHP, or else... Im a 23 year old woman, Ive never been pulled over or had a ticket now I do for what seems to be something thats been out of my hands and this was my first time ever buying a car. Thanks for making me a criminal Bee Back. Im not sure about this but today Tom said he is the owner/manager/supervisor for the business of bee back and wouldnt let me speak with anyone else or give me another phone number to call and he has hung up on my boyfriend and I most phone calls, including this time. I had to call back a second time because he hung up on me. Its like Im not dealing with a real business here. You shouldnt have children on your phone making enemies with customers. Thats bad business. I sincerely hope you lose customers because of my review.

I posted the previous review about bee back motors. It was not very nice however at the time I was referring to my experience with the previous owners. Bee Back is now under new ownership and I have to say that i took the issue with my daughters car to them and they are bending over backwards to try and make the situation right. Keep in mind its not their responsibility to do so but they are be very generous about the situation.I want to say a big thank you to them and I would now definately refer people to them. They are going above and beyond!

I am surprised this place is still in business, after reading the reviews and talking to people. I just wish I asked people before buying a car here as I would have saved all the money I jsut wasted. Engine gave out on the way home, and owners said "tough luck". Now Im stuck with a $13000 pile of junk. Next time I buy a used car Im going to one of the real franchised dealers because I hear they stand behind their used cars.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from bee back. The service I received was awesome from the whole staff. On my last purchase, I had an issue with the vehicle and Matt, the owner, had it corrected for me at no charge. Great people and a great experience both times I have purchased vehicles from their Sonora lot. I will be back in the future as well! Thank you!!

I recently bought a truck from them that they said was in good working order and later found out that was not true. The truck has multiple saftey issues that were not checked or fixed and when brought up to the dealer was pretty much told oh well and sent packing. So be warned these people are cheats and rip offs.

The car sales man "Jared" is really informative. He explains everything to you. Also the owner is really considerate because I drove 2 hours away and when I bought the car he filled it up with a full tank of gas. Gave me some gifts. The whole experience was easy to handle.
