IF YOURE THINKING ABOUT BUYING FROM SONORA FORD PLEASE READ!!My friends just went to Sonora ford and literally spent THE WHOLE DAY there trying to buy a truck, they got through all paper work and handed my friends the keys and owners manual, got it pulled up to the front of the building got it ready and the guy shook my friends hand and said congratulations its yours. They installed a bed liner so they left it there and came back after trying to get financed they said no one but ford will finance an 04... So they talked about it and they said ford wants $9,000 down and a little under $600 a month for a two year plan... When my friends agreed to buy the truck ford already told them how much monthly would be and they were ok with it so they got the keys..so after they decided they just could not afford $9k down and $600 payments rightnow they were told to return the keys... Now to me that is extremely wrong and very unprofessional! I have never heard of a "well known" dealership doing that...what they did was outrageous. They should have know the banks didnt finance 04s and they NEVER should have gone as far as saying congratulations you got the truck.. This is very frustrating to me because I just cant believe a dealership would do that...trust me DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE it will be very disappointing if they give you the keys and change their minds like they did...my friends were trying to shop local but its hard to find what youre looking for in a small town and this vehicle they ALMOST bought and drive away with wasnt even all they were looking for... They were even about to drove it off the lot and come back to install the Berliner BEFORE they even signed papers.. What kind of "business" does that I mean really... I will never purchase a vehicle from Sonora ford just based on this example of their business ethics. It is disgusting what they did.

Dreading what used to be a hassle-haggle ordeal, my experience at Sonora Ford proved to be anything but that. Working with Sales Consultant Emily Shattuck was a pleasure. She was friendly, forthcoming, and worked a Sunday morning because that window of time worked best for me. She also respected that I had done my research, which included Consumer Reports and TrueCar data, as well as checking pricing on identical vehicles at other Ford dealerships. Best of all, if she couldnt answer a question, she knew how to find the answer. I will return to Sonora Ford when Im ready for my next vehicle, and encourage others to unhesitatingly do the same. I am happy that Sonora Ford, at least in my situation, deployed the Saturn, no haggle business model. They are single woman friendly.

This place is under new ownership and does not reflect on the previous owners. My dad is 86 years old and took his ford ranger here to find out why his truck was running rough. They told him they replaced the plugs and wires and charged him for it but he said the wires looked as if they had not been changed. Over $450 to hook to the computer, replace plugs and one wire. Come to find out yesterday, one of the plugs was cross threaded! He found this out after it already started running like crap. He is not happy with the service at all. He had to take it to another shop to read the codes and thats how he discovered the problem. It took another shop. Not even a ford shop!!! ELDERLY BEWARE !!!

What is there not to love about this place? These men worked very hard to get my husband and I into our first new vehichle. From our salesman loaning my husband his truck until the finance department was open, to bringing me icecream while we waited (Im pregnant, so that should tell you how big of a deal that is). Our experience was completely unforgettable and we could not be happier with our vehichle. We are so blessed to have Tim as our salesman. He is so friendly and hardworking; we appreciate everything he, and the rest of the staff, have done for us. Although there are no guarantees, you should definitely give this place a try. You never know what they will be able to pull off.

Bought a used 2004 Chevy Silverado in 8/2013. our sales person was Dustin Farwell. We would like to thank Dustin for his services helping us to choose the right vehicle for us and to make it possible for us to purchase it. He is very courteous and professional and highly recommend him to our friends and family to call upon him for any car purchases they may have. He goes above and beyond to make our purchases possible. We greatly appreciate his integrity and honesty. Any questions you may have, he responds quickly and provides any documentation that is requested and needed. We would like to thank him and would like to let him know he is an exceptional sales person with high integrity.

Lets face it, buying a car is an experience we compare to going to DMV or the Dentist. Or at least it was. I had an amazing experience with Damian and the folks at Sonora Ford. I probably bought one of the lowest priced cars on the lot and was treated to a smooth and quick sale. Less than 2 hours from test drive to driving away in my new car. I felt like my business was very appreciated and cant say enough good things about the great deal I got. No high pressure none of the song and dance about Ill have to call in some favors to get you this deal. Just a great price on a great vehicle and going the extra mile to get me an interest rate I could live with. Outstanding!!!

We recently moved to the area and needed to trade in my city car for one more suitable for the conditions here. Bill was able to show us exactly what we were looking for and his knowledge of the car made the sale a very easy decision for us. Kelly and Jeff were both wonderful to work with as well. We felt comfortable and well-taken care of throughout the entire process. The numbers were broken down for us in a very easy to understand way and we never felt pressured. Not to mention everyone was so friendly! It definitely took the stress out of car buying. We will be long-term customers here and cant wait to return with our relatives when theyre in need of a new car.

2015 E350 Motorhome Our battery died while in Sonora so I called to get it replaced it was Saturday and they did not have any openings and closed on Sunday so I decided to buy a battery from the local big blue store and wait until Monday. We arrived early on Monday battery in tow and was told it would take 2+ hours to check the battery before they could replace it. So all of this is a hassle but most car troubles are! They call to tell me the battery is no good and they will replace it Great. I get there and sign papers yadayada the guy picks up the battery and says where you parked? So we walk out, he sits the battery down next to our RV and says have a nice day.

I always have hated buying a car at a car dealer. You usually get treated like you are a bumbling fool without a clue by some snot nosed kid with an ugly tie and his fly open! Not this time. I had the best buying experience I have had in my 61 years at Sonora Ford. The saleman, Bill Curnow took me around the lot, asked if I saw anything I liked, I test drove two cars and made a great deal on one. There was no pressure and I left the lot happy and feeling like I got a good deal and that they really did appreciate my business. This is vary rare!!!!!! I will go to Sonora Ford right off the bat when I go to look for another car. Thanks Bill. I will be back!
