Unlike most people who get excited at the idea of a new car, for me even the thought got my heart racing and my palms sweating, helloooo anxiety! I am terrified of debt in general but also the idea of having a car payment and potentially experiencing auto issues and having to pay repair bills on top of a car payment. So basically the whole car buying experience seemed about the furthest thing from fun. I had looked at several cars at another lot in town but I felt it suspicious that when I went to "test drive" the cars I was told to head down the block and then turn around. No offer to go out on the highway, or even to drive more than several thousand feet. My sister purchased her car from Jon May at Town Chrysler Jeep Dodge about 3 years ago and she still loves the car, so I heeded her and my mothers advice and headed over to see their selection. I ended up working with Tony Omlin and Jon May. Jon was funny and engaging, and both he and Tony were patient, considerate of my (extreme) fear and they listened to all of my desires, concerns and thoughts. I really appreciated Tony encouraging me to take the car for a REAL test drive. He took me on a route that made me feel knowledgeable about how the vehicle handled in multiple settings/conditions. After I found a car I felt comfortable with it was time for the financial "fun" to begin. Jon helped me to start, then I had the pleasure of working with Bill Swindoll. Bill gave me some amazing suggestions that were incredibly helpful. I really appreciated his caring and his willingness to go above and beyond his duties to help me. Im pretty sure I couldnt have found a better car, a better group of people to help me with my purchase and I definitely couldnt have felt more taken care of. I would very highly recommend going to Town Chrysler Jeep Dodge if youre in the market for a new or used car. I would expect them to provide you the same amazing service I received, but even if you received service half as good as I did, youd still be content, theyre THAT good.

I purchased a car from there and the 3rd day the front breaks had Problems stopping at highway speeds so i contacted the sales man and he said they would take care of it i took a month before they fixed my breaks and a month later they are doing the same thing witch im just going to replace the rotors because resurfacing them is just stupid because it didnt help much. Next i started having problems with my a/c/ heating and they were going to let me know if it was cover i waited 3 weeks called the warranty company to see if it was covered they said ya it was approved 2 weeks ago town dodge never called me to let me know what was going on. So i took my car to leonard evans to get fix T THE WHOLE REASON I WENT TO TOWN DODGE WAS BECAUSE I WAS TRIED OF HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR I GOT FROM LEONARD EVANS I FINALLY GOT IT FIXED AND I WAS LIKE ENGOUGH TIME TO TRADE IT IN BEFORE SOMETHING ELSE BREAKS. TOWN DODGE WASNT THE BEST PLACE WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM AND WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM FROM THIS EXPERIENCE ALL THERE CARS ARE OVER PRICED TOO

First of I want to thank Richard for the awesome work he did on replacing a transmission in my My 2008 Dodge Ram, under extended warranty. However when I took my truck in for a "Whine" coming from the turbocharger he stated his mechanic said it was due to the exhaust. This is the 2nd turbo that has gone bad. Richard gave me a rough estimate of $3700.00 to replace the turbo. It cost me $4700.00 to have it replaced in Oak Harbor last year. Warrantied for six months..... I did some checking around and called Power Diesel in Spokane and they sent me a rebuild kit. It took 1 1/2 days, I pulled the turbo, rebuilt it and put it back in. Runs great. Cost for kit $70.02 shipping overnight $25.00. Total cost less than $100.00. Perhaps dodge should buy rebuild kits, train their mechanic to actually fix or rebuild things, rather than just read computer codes, and we would all be better off.

No stars at all for these out of date small town gomers. Still using 30 year old sales tactics. High pressure, from the second you pull on to the lot. If you want to throw your money away, and get pressured out of your mind, go here. I walked out after 5 minutes. I guess there are some dealers who still dont understand that smart consumers use the internet, and are weary of the high pressure hustle jobs of the 70s and 80s. Look elsewhere, if you are shopping for a new vehicle. Get your bids by email. Wont email you one? Dont waste your time. Hopefully this dealer will adapt to the modern world, or do us all a favor, and shut the doors for good. You have been warned. Make your own decision.

My Town and Country van had come to the end of its life, I was desparate for a replacement, I have kids and cant be without a vehical. I called Frank at the Town Dodge Chrysler dealership in Wenatchee and with in a few hours had the van I was dreaming of, used yes, but way newer then the one I had, low milage and a great price. Everyone treated me wonderful even giving my boys paper air planes to play with while we did the paper work. I cant thank them enough and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a new or used vehical. Thanks Town Chrysler Dodge you made my bad day into a good one, Linda
