I bought my husbands Steel Case chair here from Scott Flemming and he took great care of us! He was knowledgeable and patient as we went through chair after chair until we found the perfect one. A few months later when I needed to find a desk for my office, I called Scott and he found the exact desk we wanted and it was even less expensive than we thought.
