This place is WONDERFUL. I dropped of my Olympia SM9 manual typewriter around 10:00 AM, and it was finished by about 3:00 PM. Dave, I think hes the owner?, gave me a realistic estimate, and included in his repairs a good service of the whole machine. He didnt just tune it up, he cleaned the typewriter and the case. You wont find another place that can complete a job so quickly (most places were telling me at least a week) nor that will put in so much personal care. I would recommend Action Office Equipment to everyone.

We had a horrible experience.. We dropped off our printer and they called us an hour or so later and told us they couldnt continue unless we brought them more ink. He said he wouldnt use "his" ink to fix "my" printer. This didnt make sense to me so I asked him about it and he got defensive and raised his voice to me. It still does not make sense. Why wouldnt he fix it and charge me for whatever ink he used to do so. We went and got our printer to take else where... No thank you!

We have been fixing our printers here for about five years now and have always had a wonderful experience. The prices are reasonable and the service is always fantastic.
