Nice product but badly packaged. Got one package with parts missing. The package came to us from the warehouse tore up and when we opened it up, only one part remained out of the whole box. Evidently no one bothered to do quality checks. Sheri at the office wasnt helpful or very willing to listen to me or address concerns when I called. Kept interrupting me and didnt let me finish what I was saying and didnt seem to WANT to fix the issue (although she arranged to have someone else drop off the parts later that day). All I was told was that the guy would be at my house either late afternoon or early in the evening and that he would contact me when he was on his way...I didnt hear anything all day (a good employee would have at least called to let me know the ETA) and when it was almost closing time for the store (5pm), I called to check on the ETA of the package and all I got from Sheri was an attitude - "I ALREADY told you that it would come late afternoon or early evening." Yeah, somewhat rude, especially considering that THEY messed up the package in the first place and inconvenienced us. Acting like youre doing the customer a HUGE favor doesnt help the customer service aspect of your business, which earns them 0 stars from me. As for the desk...Im sure Ill love it once its completed. **Update** No one even showed up with the remaining parts for the desk, which is laughable after the attitude we got from Sheri when we called her that evening before the store closed (see above). Sheri called us from her personal cell and left a message telling us that we could go to a hardware store and buy flat brackets and attach the desktop (also called a return) to the other section of the desk (its a L-shaped desk with a file pedestal). We were also told that the store would refund us for the "small cost" of the brackets and some for the trouble weve been put through. Problem is, what we tried to explain to her on the phone when we first called on Friday morning (she wouldnt let us finish talking and kept making assumptions) - is that there is no way to attach the desktop to the file pedestal because it requires the use of hex key machine screws (flat tip) and predrilled holes in the desktop...there are no predrilled holes in the desktop for the screws to go into. I refuse to attach the desktop using brackets without first attaching it to the pedestal, its unsafe. Been calling Sheri back...no answer. Tried texting, no answer. We had a deadline to finish the desk and its now the weekend and theyre closed. Awesome.

We needed to furnish office space for our company and needed three executive desk sets that looked nice, but were affordable. I read the reviews for New Life Office and decided to make them our first stop after a lot of pricing on the internet. I was very pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the furniture matched or exceeded some much more expensive pieces on the internet. They got the furniture to us in a timely manner and it looks great. We liked them so much we went back a month later for a custom conference table. They even drilled the holes for our power grommets that we were installing ourselves. Very happy with this company and will use again as we have more furniture needs.

I was looking for some office furniture for my company when I found New Life Office. I had been looking around at a few of the general office supplies retailers and was concerned about the quality for the price. I stopped by New Life office and had a great time speaking with them about my needs. As it turns out, they have new office furniture, used office furniture, and they even had a bunch of impressive-looking refurbished furniture as well. In my case, I was looking for office chairs and left their showroom with exactly what I needed for much less than I thought I was going to have to pay to meet my needs. Ill be coming back for more as my office expands.

Very affordable, and exceptional quality! The show floor offered both traditional and contemporary styles, along with many modular pieces for any office set up (both home and commercial) you could ever want! Exceptional customer service, and quick turn around time. I know several large companies who have worked with New Life Office and are extremely happy and loyal customers. I just went to a downtown office they designed and furnished that had beautiful workstations, and apparently they paid half the cost compared to working with the local competitor!

My husband and I have had two home offices done by New Life, in addition to another for my mother. We have appreciated the helpful design service folks, who suggested solutions we didnt know existed, and the moderate prices. Excellent customer service! The results are handsome and functional - we use and love our offices everyday! We would recommend New Life to anyone for home or commercial office furniture needs.

I work for a large call center in SLC; we have done 2 large remodel renovations around 40,000 sq ft each time, I purchased the call center cubicles from New Life. It has been a pleasure doing business with New Life as they have been able to handle tight deadlines and still offer very competitive pricing. Designing an office space on a budget is not easy. When i came to new life offices showroom I was expecting to walk out with prices too high for my budget. The showroom makes the product look just as nice as the much higher priced furniture I had previously looked at. I found some great pieces that even allowed some leftovers in my budget!

Absolutely amazing furniture! I absolutely love the look of the new line of desks that they are featuring in their showroom. They were very helpful in guiding me to exactly what I wanted to look at and let me know all of the options I had with the furniture. I definitely would recommend paying them a visit!
