Carl Turney went above and beyond what a sales man normally does. I took my Tundra (With over 300,000 miles) in for a minor repair that turned out to be a 3 day stay. I needed a loaner and Carl gave me a new Prius as I had been looking at them BUT had never driven one more than a few miles as a demo drive. My concern was that Im 65" how would I feel after an hour or two in it, not just a 4-5 mile quick demo. Carl signed me out a Prius V to drive 60 miles ONE WAY to work, 120 round trip daily. After having the Prius V for 4 days And almost 700 miles later, I bought a 2012 Prius V special ordered from Carl. He had to look all over for it and finally found what I was looking for in Oklahoma. (First GOOD thing that ever came out of OKC!) Had it delivered had it serviced and called me about 8pm on a Friday night that it was in. I had made mention that I was going on a LONG weekend trip that weekend and really would like to take my new Prius V IF it came in. I drove down picked up my New Prius V at 9:30 Friday night cleaned, serviced full tank of gas and all paper work ready, I already had financing at a darn good rate I THOUGHT! Carl ask if he could try to better my rate, Sure, about 5 minutes later he came back with an interest rate less than 1.5%. Les than I had already gotten from another FIN. company!...I signed on the dotted line walked out all in less than 30 minutes! I left my Tundra in his locked parking lot over the weekend. Carl and ALL the folks at JERRY DURANT have been more than helpful with everything and anything pertaining to both of my Toyotas I have ever asked of them. I will buy my next Toyota from them If I can wear either of these two out. My 2003 Tundra has over 300,000 miles on it and gets about 18-19 mpg and in less than a year I have 30,000 on my 2012 Prius V averaging about 44 mpg. I love it and the folks at Jerrys! Dont change a thing Jerry! Its working GREAT AS IS!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP Overall, very frustrating and upsetting. To start with, I did most of the paperwork on the computer to save time at the dealership, however I was still there for several hours. When I went in the finance office, I was immediately treated like a second class citizen. They messed up on my address, and told me that they could not fix it because that was the way they submitted it to the bank. So, after having a long discussion, they agreed to mail anything that may go out to the right address. Then, when going over the paperwork, they tried to RAISE the price of the car by nearly $1000!!! When I asked why, I was treated like it was my fault. Finally, when all of the guys had their pow wow, they tried to put it off on the salesman. They fixed the price, and I signed the paperwork. Afterwards, I received NO PAPERWORK, NO HANDSHAKE, NO CONGRATULATIONS, as if I was inconveniencing them by buying a car. At this point, I was simply ready to go home. After a few days, and not receiving the paperwork in the mail, I tried to call up there several times, and could not get a call back. I left voicemails for Steve, and David the GM to return my call, and nothing. I finally got ahold of Pete, the finance guy who did the paperwork, and he said he didnt do it, and I would have to talk to Steve. Finally, I went up to the dealership, and had to get more paperwork printed off, because Steve "didnt know" if he mailed it off or not. When I asked wher he may have mailed it, he said the address that was the WRONG ADDRESS!! I asked him to verify if he mailed it or not, and to what address. He finally came back and told me he did mail it and to the wrong address. So, now, someone has access to MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. It is a huge violation of my information. His response...."I cant change the past, what do you want me to do now?" DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP

Jerry Durant, I just wanted to say that my husband and I felt like we had hit a brick wall in getting a new car. We have 3 small children and we both work full time. There was no way I was going to deal with a car dealership on a Saturday with kids. I was dreading the entire experience. I had spent 8 hours a different car dealership only a few days before. It was brutal! My kids were irritated and cranky only to be turned away because our simple requests (such as a full warranty and GAP insurance) would not be met by them. We had really gotten to a point of giving up. A friend referred me to Jerry Durant. She said they were understanding, quick, easy to work with, etc. I was beyond skeptical! I called and spoke with the sales person she worked with, Keith Fabian. I explained our situation with the children, and timing, etc. He was willing to handle everything over the phone with me. Emails, texting, and phone calls. It was amazing. After everything was said and done the actual sales manager, Dave Emmitte, called me directly to tell me I had to come down to the dealership. As much as I was dreading I asked what we needed to do once I got there and approximately how long it would take. He replied, "All I need you to do is come pick out your car!" I was so surprised by this response. We were in and out of the dealership within an hours time. I will NEVER go anywhere else to buy a car. We have not had the car long enough to use the service department. I am assuming if it is as wonderful as the car buying experience we will love it! Thank you so much Jerry Durant Toyota, you are amazing!

We contacted Juan Munoz about the vehicle we were interested in. Talks with Juan were good, we settled on a price and were transferred to the finance department. The finance department was inconsistent and not responsive. The first person to call me was Pete. I missed his call, but called back soon after and left a message. Did not get a response back. Called the next day and left a message. Was concerned about the lack of contact so called Juan. Apparently Pete was off for the day and did not hand off to anyone. Was given a couple more names to try. Left another message. the next day Darryl called me back, knew nothing about my car/financing, he said Pete would be back in soon and would have him call me. Finally I was called back by Pete, I confirmed my information with him and he said he would send me an agreement to sign. Hal called and wanted to know how I would like to receive the agreement. I asked for it to be emailed. The first email was blank, we called back to get it resent. after receiving the agreement we sent it back to the same email address we had received it from. This was Friday. The next Monday we called back to continue the process to find out they had sold the car to someone else. They tried to claim it was somehow our fault. Needless to say we are very unhappy with the service of the finance group at Jerry Durant Toyota
