This was my first time ever buying furniture for a house. The manager, Clint, welcomed us with a smile and helped pick out just what we were looking for! You bring in room dimensions and styles that you are wanting, he will find you the best fit. He wasnt pushy at all and did what he could to help us out and made an awesome package deal. Upon delivery, our wooden bench from our table had a chip in the corner of it due to movement in the truck. I notified Clint and he told me he would notify the service department. I didnt hear from service and Clint kept checking in with me to make sure things were done correctly. After not hearing from the service department and an email from Clint, he got right to it and made sure I heard from them just a few minutes later! Great customer service right there! Give Clint a call today or stop into the store...you will NOT be disappointed!

Never buy from this place! We bought a couch from this dump and had it delivered. Never let these idiots deliver any furniture for you. The delivery guys were so unprofessional. They walked in and told us our house was creepy, because there was a snake in the yard. They finally moved the couch and had it half way through the door and realized they had broken our door handle off. They told us it wouldnt fit in our door when clearly it would. They took off with our couch! Now they are saying they wont deliver it again and told us that we were wrong, and the delivery people were right. So now Im left with out a couch until I can find a real company to buy from with a professional moving crew.

Each and every time we have gone in, called for extra help, looked around, we have been treated so nice. We have found what we like and Nancy has gotten to know us and what our likes and dislikes might be and shows us things that have gotten great approval for us. Delivery guys have been great, professional and a delight to work with. We have bought here for years and have never been disappointed. Will be shopping with Nancy and Unclaimed Freight again.

We have worked a few times now with Unclaimed Freight in Yankton. Have had good experiences, Jason was our sales rep this time and he was a class act. He accommodated our needs and stuck to his word. Waiting on delivery of the furniture yet but expect everything to go as said. Would work with Jason again.
