Great selection and great prices, just dont expect much from their wine expert. Went in today (01-11-14) and asked to speak to to someone about a wine question. I was taken to the wine area and asked to wait. After waiting a while and having two employees try to help me, the wine expert, Dan, walked up and corrected my mispronunciation of beajolais, for which I kindly thanked him. And he decided to help another customer who had not been waiting. I was directed by another employee to a wine he thought that I might like. My question was never answered. Disappointing experience. UPDATE: I was contacted by a store representative (after a polite email) who was very sympathetic to my disappointment with the service that I had received on my previous encounter. I visited the store a week later and was impressed by the knowledge that this stores wine expert had to offer. He was finally able to direct me to a $7.99 bottle of wine that he was sure that I would enjoy. I have not yet tried the wine, so I am hoping that he picked a good one. PS - This particular wine expert has a very intense and engaging personality, and can get excited and appear intimidating sometimes. But I believe that he is very knowledgeable. He was polite and respectful.

Very Poor Customer Service. I purchased $200 with drinks for my house worming party, With all other drinks we already had at home , we didnt use few of the drinks. 2 days later i went back to retune the items, Cashier said i have to wait to Manager, Manager was walking to the register, and first thing came out of his mouth was Texas law cant return Beer. I said we didnt even touch it. He said i dont know what you did with it, If you put it in warm room. I cant retune it.( Speak of Texas Law : YOU DONT HAVE THAT SIGN IN YOUR STORE OR ANYWHERE ON THE RECIPT). I attempted to contact corporate office. NO ONE respond to my Email. CONTACT ME

Good selection, and the staff is polite if you ask for assistance. Ive never had anyone proactively ask me if I needed help no matter how long I wandered around, but many would consider that a plus. I do find that one of their competitors tends to have better prices, and as a result do most of my shopping over there, but thats a decision made at the corporate level and I wont fault a specific location for that.

Stopped in on a road trip on a recommendation from a local. Great beer selection for all of the micro brew and craft brew lovers. Extensive liquor and wine selection too. Friendly staff will help you find anything you desire or help you decide what to get to make your latest craving.
