BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Originally bought a used truck there...the sales manager at the time had a serious attitude during the negotiations (sarcastic, dont waste-my-time with a used truck attitude, etc.)...I left and said I would be back after the weekend to see if I could buy the truck (he told me he was "sure" it would be sold over the weekend). Well, come Monday, the truck was there and I bought it. Flash forward a couple of years later. I needed a door repair on my Tahoe (drivers door handle didnt work). I told them: fix my drivers door. They only fixed the inner door handle and internal mechanism and left my outer handle loose which eventually caused it to shimmy in the wind and break. So...I had to bring my truck in twice for "fixing my door handle." The 2nd time I was told to pay (they couldnt give me a discount) since the service manager Jeffrey Merritt was out of town and they would later look into giving me a refund on the repair. They told me to drop my car off at 9 and it would be a "two hour repair." My truck wasnt finished until 4:30. So I paid (again for a drivers door repair) and called Jeffrey Merritt when he was back in town. He told me he would "check into my complaint" and call me back. He never called. A week and a half later I called again, same conversation and again he told me he would check into it and call me back. He never called (I guess this is the "Rosner Way"). I called a 4th time and he re-hashed the same "we fixed your inner and mid-door assembly...your outer handle is an entirely different fix"). That may be true but after my original fix my outer door handle was left loose which eventually broke, thus causing my second visit to fix my door handle. Did their tech monkey with my outer handle? I have no idea, other than when I picked it up it was loose, but I thought they had replaced the outer handle during the original repair and the new after-market part didnt fit as well as the original. On my 2nd repair visit I even graciously volunteered to pay for the outer handle if Rosner would comp the labor...since I think they messed it up to begin with...I was volunteering to pay for the part! They "graciously" offered to cut my labor bill for the 2nd visit in 1/2. I refused. You would think that after having my truck for the entire day after telling me it was a 2-hour repair they might try to meet me half-way (especially when I felt like I shouldnt have to pay for any of it since they jacked up my door handle). Nope. So I ended up paying $579.52 for a door repair which should have cost 1/2 that if: 1. they replaced the entire door handle assembly the first time 2. hadnt left my drivers handle loose. Rosners reply to me was why did you wait 5-6 months to bring it in the 2nd time? Hmmm...because I live an hour away, own my own company and work 12 hours a day. Bringing in my truck to a dealer TWICE for the same repair is not on the top of my to-do list. I let them know prior to bringing it in that I was having this problem, so when I brought it in shouldnt matter. If this is how they do business, STAY AWAY FROM ROSNER.

To Whom It May Concern, I have always had a pleasant experience when I take my Chevrolet Impala for service at Rosner. My observation is not service related; your service is 150% perfect! You service technicians especially the following employees that go out of their way to answers questions, and understand my concerns for my vehicle; Ms. Kelly Mae Klockenga, Mr. William Dean McCullough aka June, Mr. Bobby Sternberg, and your service managers, especially Mr. William Edward Flood. These individuals are among your best people, and they treat me with the highest respect. They are EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVES OF YOUR COMPANY AND DEDICATION TO SERVICE AND OUR COMMUNITY. My car is a 2011 Chevrolet Impala I bought it from Rosner Chevrolet 09/23/2011. Chronologically it is an old car. To me it is my pride and joy. I have spoken with the people I mention above, and they understand me and my concerns regarding my automobile. I have had my entire cars servicing needs completed at Rosner. I drive 980 miles each week, and I spend 4 hours per day in my car. I have no complaints regarding your employees, and level of service. Your greeters are great, and welcoming. Technicians are informed, and well versed in understanding people that are not mechanically inclined who just put gasoline in the car like me. I like the way the managers, the guys that are overlooking the entire operation on the service floor maintain control. Thank you for being there and providing excellent service which encourages me to return to have my car serviced each time. One small aesthetic observation: I have notice that smokers ashtray near the exit door located at the exit door of the waiting room lounge is full of old discharged cigarette butts. I remember from my visit in September 2016. I am a non smoker, when you exit the lounge the smell of old ashes slaps you in the face and it seems like they are just sitting there. Your grounds are very clean. When I went over to the sales area I was not bombarded with sales people. I was able to look over the new cars at my leisure. My family and friend have bought several vehicles from your establishment and all of us have the same high opinion and respect for your business. Your service department does not smell like grease, and it is alive with activity, and people all look happy with their work. That makes me feel good about having my car serviced at Rosner, and recommending Rosner Chevrolet to my friends and family throughout Florida, and the Country. When Friends and Family come to Florida, I am proud to say I bought my car from Rosner Chevrolet. Sincerely, Paris J. del Castillo December 9, 2016

My wife went in to get the brakes worked on her car since its still under warranty. They tried to tell her the frame was bent and they needed to total the car to try and get her to buy a new one. Still trying to take advantage of my wife they call me to co sign and luckily I had the questioning attitude of how do you go from getting your brakes looked at to getting a new car? Had her test drive it and all, just to get her hopes up even though theres nothing wrong with her car and its still under 10,000 miles. So I had to drive down to Melbourne and pick up my wife and they sang a different tune once I showed up. Something was fishy with the car salesman from the get go. So my wife has progressive come down there and tell them the car is fine, of course when we go pick it up that particular salesman was nowhere to be found. I talk to the service guys because Im pissed off now cause the salesmen tried to swindle their way into getting a car sale and they had no idea that the car was even on their lot for a whole week! Melbourne is an hour away for me and my wife was only in town for a job interview since we just moved her because Im in the military. The service guys are really awesome and nice, they had no idea the car was there and I would definitely recommend bringing your car here. I just would strongly suggest not talking to some of these crooked salesmen that work here. This is my first ever review on anything EVER and I feel like something needed to be said especially since the salesmen werent around when we picked the keys up. Just be careful. These guys will tell you that you need a new car to get a deal in. Then take your "totaled" car thats never been in an accident and sell it back to another sucker. Unbelievable. So my wife couldnt accept that job in Melbourne since she didnt know what was going on with her car. Luckily she picked something else up pretty quickly. And the best part is... that car runs perfectly fine. Thanks for nothing Rosner Chevrolet.
