During my experience trying to buy shoes from this store Ive met three of the employees at this store and Id describe the most helpful of the lot as disinterested and apathetic. I felt unwelcome the entire time I was in the store and the employees made sure to let me know every question I asked was a huge burden. The first pair of boots they did try to sell me were obviously used (which I didnt mind at first until after two hours of wearing them I started to notice that they had already started to be broken into someone elses foot shape) and when I returned to exchange them the employees were defensive and accusatory. My advice is go to literally any other red wing location. Buying 300$ boots should be an experience where you feel you have knowledgeable and helpful people assisting you to get the absolute most for your money. At this location, only the opposite is true.

Super helpful employees, both on the phone and in person. Chris spent a long time helping me get the right pair of boots, and Mike made the replacement process completely quick and painless when a factory defect forced me to come back. Great place to go for work boots, instead of chancing it online.

Showed up at 15 minutes till 6 on Saturday, lazy girl working there had the doors locked already. Knocked on the door and she looked at me as i told her i knew what i wanted and would be done before the time they were actually supposed to close, then she just shrugged her shoulders at me

Was my go to place for a working person shoe. For the last two days trying to purchases anything with a "Wells Fargo"s debit card" is impossible. Sad, I was ready to buy two pair. I guest my money not good for "an American product".
