If you want the furniture you bought, dont shop here. A month ago my wife and I bought a sectional sofa and an entertainment center from here. A few days later the furniture was in the warehouse and would be delivered three days later. While Im at work my wifes home accepting the delivery when she calls me to tell me they brought the wrong pieces. The salesman never told us one of the ends of the sofa folds out into a lounge. And as our luck would have it the chase is on the side we cant use it on. She said she talked to the store and they had said for me to come in to the store to sign the new work order for the correct pieces. Ok, no problem people make mistakes. A week goes by and we didnt hear from the store. Im still patient. Another week goes by with nothing. So after two weeks of sitting on the floor I call the warehouse. They dont even have the work order. They transfer me to the store. The store has no idea where the paperwork is or why it never got processed. The woman I spoke to said shed call me back when they figure it out. No call back. I call the next day and finally get it straightened out. Now its a week since that phone call and still no furniture!! We didnt ask for a discount/money back we just wanted them to expedite the order at the very least. At least some form of customer service!! NEVER AGAIN DONT SHOP HERE

Debbie was fantastic! My wife & I have been visiting a lot of furniture stores with questionable customer service. Debbie was friendly, not pushy at all, and was a breath of fresh air. We visited the store a second time, and while she wasnt working that day, the manager Mohamed helped us. He was also super friendly, knowledgeable and polite. After making our purchase, we were brought to Beth who took our payment, and she was awesome. Bottom line: amazing customer service at this Ashley location (just ask for Debbie!) from everyone we interacted with. Highly recommended.

If we could go negative we would, horrible experience and advise anyone shopping there check online prices. They over price their products and offered a great delivery price. Go online and find the prices are about half of what they say in the store and delivery also half. Truly a horrible experience. Never mind they said our order was cancelled and then it showed up on our credit card. Our advice is never shop there.

We had an amazing experience with Holly!!! She introduced herself... let us walk around and came to check on us at all the right times. We found tables for two rooms in the house that were at a very very fair price! We left so happy and excited about our purchase! Thank you HOLLY!!!!
