I placed an in-store order for two pillows and paid in full. The pillows were to be delivered in 4-6 weeks after the order was placed. Its been 8 weeks and I have yet to receive my order and have spoken to three different people who have told me I would be called back. No one has called me back. I have to do my own follow ups on the call backs Im supposed to receive. Its UNBELIEVABLE how terrible their customer service is. If I havent been following up on my own, would the order have ever been filled? Would anyone have ever noticed? I still dont know if my order will be filled and Im starting to believe they pocketed my money and have no intentions of filling my order. I was told once my order ships (if it ever ships) that I would get a phone call with the tracking information. That seems a bit odd, inefficient, and not right. Based on my previous experience, no one knows how to pick up the phone and call you back when they say they will, so how will they call me with my tracking information? Properly functioning companies notify their customers when a shipment is delayed. That happened to me this month with Target. There was a delay and they kept me in the loop. Ive received no information from Ashley Furniture about my order being delayed. This is surprising because my in-store experience was fairly good. The overall process of placing the order was a bit lengthy, but otherwise no issues. I bought a great couch (delivery and installation were smooth) and added on the two additional pillows. Really unfortunate that theyre loosing a customer over two pillows when I probably would have returned to by more furniture in the future.

I went into Ashleys homestore at the Carle place Location to furnish my new Home. I was skeptical and definitely was planning to shop around a bit. First time moving out with my fiancé and I was nervous and kind of had no idea on what I actually wanted or was going for. I was greeted by a young man whose name is Kevin which honestly blew me away with a warm smile, amazing and non-scripted welcome that usually every other salesmen typically uses. He really made me feel as if we known each other for years within minutes and he was really here to help and didnt care if he sold anything as long as he made me feel beyond comfortable. He was very patient and helpful in assisting me in choosing my furniture with a lot of different choices with my sense of taste and style. Im very picky and he made sure to spend 4 hours with me just to make sure I got my vision on how I wanted my new home to look. He really made my shopping easy and Im very pleased with the service I received from Kevin. Hes a major reason as to why I will be coming back and furnishing the rest of my home with Ashleys ! The furniture looks very beautiful in my new Apartment. Thank you Kevin !

The service rep helped me and my fiancé choose new furniture for our new apartment. He listened to our needs and budgets. Thank you! Update: there was a whole mess up with our delivery. The service rep did not properly notify the home delivery service as we requested. In addition, the service rep did not make us aware of a measuring service but rather just wrote off that it was declined on our receipt without our knowledge. Therefore the couch didnt fit into our new apartment. There was lack of communication and the entire order was very frustrating. The delivery service was awful: the men didnt care about the furniture they were delivering. One chair came scratched up and the delivery man offered to "fix it with a marker". The other man decided to go to lunch during the delivery while the delivery was over an hour late because the service rep did not correctly indicate building restrictions on our delivery. Additionally, no one ever told us it would be about 4-6 weeks to receive table pads for our brand new table. The simple insistence on making a sale trumped proper service. Plus, they force you to write a 5 star review prior to receiving a receipt.

Worst experience ever! Had a mattress for 3 months before my boyfriend and I started to notice that it was already sagging. Scheduled an appointment for a technician to come and when he came he saw the mattress and said "oh yea, you definitely have a problem." He measured, took pictures, rotated the mattress and told me I shouldnt have any problems getting it replaced. After 11 days of not hearing from Ashley at all, I finally called them. The store that I went to wasnt showing up on their website so I had to search for the number. After spending over 10 minutes on hold I spoke to a representative who told me that the "Do not remove" tags were removed so the warranty was null and void. I can guarantee that neither my boyfriend nor I removed the tag so either the tech missed something or the mattress was not delivered with the tags. The representative was not helpful, apologetic or even empathetic. I will never buy anything from here again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from Ashley Furniture.

I usually dont leave a review. But this was by far the best experience I ever had buying furniture before! Usually at other furniture stores the salesmen are usually pushy and only care about making a sale. In Carle place Ashley Homestore I didnt feel like that. I felt like my product specialists were like old friends they were so kind and helpful. TIM and AL in particular was very knowledgeable and took there time with me. They gave me a "sleep test" to help me pick the perfect mattress for me! And also I have to mention that they have so many financing options for each individual. For example they have ACCEPTANCE NOW which I used and the acceptance now manager was Great! She took her time with me explained everything and gave me the best deal! Im loving my new mattress and will definitely be back to shop again!

I speak for myself and not anyone else who wrote a negative review for this store. They had so much patience with my wife and her family (who can become a handfull with the back and forths). They took their time to analyze my situation as far as what i wanted as well as to accommodate to the space i had to fit the furniture. They got me the best price possible and the best piece of furniture. I love the sectional, I love the representatives, as they showed great workmanship throughout the entire process. Even the delivery guys were really cool, careful and considerate. Loved the experience all around.

Im very upset with the salesperson I purchase a love seat & sofa . they charge me a breakdown services that I did not want or needed it . my furniture was delivered on time and it fits perfectly fine in my house. I call customer service and they said that will not get my money back for the breakdown services WTF!!! also the store they had to refund me back $23.90 they said that I had to wait for a check for 3 weeks when I pay for the furniture in cash. I WILL NEVER , EVER PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE AGAIN.
