Took my boyfriend to this place to get a tattoo and it costed 150 for less than an hour and a day later he realized, it wasnt satisfactory to what he asked for, so we went back to ask for a touch up. The artist he had refused to touch it up without a minumum payment of 80 dollars. We went to shamrock tattoo and vertias tattoo in west Hartford CT before, and compared to these places, the customer service was the worst Ive experianced. They were exasperated with any request and felt personally attacked, going against the business casual attitude of any given establishment. Their ability to reason with the customer about their dissatisfaction would lead me to tell people not to go there. I am really disappointed in this experience after paying as much as I did for the tattoo. Would not recommend going here.

The guy I want to see is never there though I have talked to him on the phone and hes given me his (non)-schedule. I made the trip 3x to see him and even called first to make sure hed be there b/c I had to take time off from work. I was supposed to see him (again) today, but they didnt even open the place - there were a couple of other people waiting, too. I suppose they do a nice job if you are lucky enough to catch them in - Ill never know, because I give up. This is just a really rude way to treat customers.

This shop is totally custom and genuinely creative. All three of the artists have their own personal style that is put into each and every piece that they do. Also the location is close to surrounding areas and environment of the shop is very clean, bright and welcoming. At an hourly rate of about 100+ an hour, these guys (and girls!) really know what theyre doing. Defiantly a shop worth checking out!!

I travelled from Buffalo for the sole reason of being tattooed at this shop by the lovely Eva Huber. Shes good people, and while I dont know the other in-house artists very well, their art speaks for itself, and I had fun during the short time I was there. If you live in this area and are looking for a tattoo, rank this shop high on your list of places to check out.

its not your average tattoo shop! there arent designs to choose from but the artists are super helpful and will actually draw something up for you thats beautiful and custom. their hourly rate was a little higher but they work about twice as fast as other artists ive gone to so i ended up spending alot less!!! (these guys and gals KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING!)

The artist are for sure the best in western Mass. They have an artist for anything you could want! The shop was very clean and all the employees there were very kind.
