I dropped in to meet Phil and see if he would re-ink an old tattoo. (I got lucky that I caught a quiet moment at the shop, as I had not made an appointment). I left about an hour later with my 21 year old faded tattoo looking bright and beautiful and perfect! He was even able to add a couple of small details that the original tattoo artist had accidentally omitted -- it looks better now than it EVER did! I am so glad to have met Phil - his website states the truth - he is a very friendly guy :) I went to Lucky13 on my own, and he put me completely at ease. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great tattoo artist and shop -- Thank You Phil !

Both my husband and I have had Phil do work on us. He took time and patiently worked with us to get "matching" tats on two very different size and shape calfs. He has also done two additional tats for me over the years that each stunning. All my ink is based on spiritual teaching and captured the spirit and artistry that each required. I had been other places previously and would not go anywhere else! .

Never again had tat done over to darken , cant even make a sharp point! Save your money
