Horrible place. Got my first tattoo there, something so simple, it was an equal sign. And somehow the lady managed to mess it up. Lets start off with how she used a piercing marker to mark the two lines, two weeks later today, and the marker hasnt even washed away, its turned into a ugly grey color behind the two lines. Second, the lines arent even straight at all. One curves up at the end, and theyre both thicker on some spots, thinner on others. Its starting to peel and I thought maybe the marker where she marked it, would peel off, but nope still there. Then lets go to how the owner was so rude. While sitting down, he walks in with a lady and his dog, yelling at both pulling and yanking at the dog and yelling at the lady to sit down. At the end, he asked me something which I didnt hear because the lady tattooing me was talking to be, and since I didnt reply he literally yelled, "do I speak English? I asked how did you hear about us?" Overall such a horrible experience with both the quality of the tattoo and service. Do not recommend.

Went to this shop with my friend because she intended on getting a tattoo to remember her dog and cat by. Honestly, so convenient because they are open on Sundays. When we walked in we were welcomed by Al, who was very friendly and helpful when it came to our tattoos. I had come in with intentions of a cat silhouette with markings of my own cat. He accommodated us both by using sketches my friend had drew and having a long discussion on where he felt would be the best placement and size for our tattoos. The atmosphere was very laid back and relaxing and he talked with us both through the entire tattoo process, something I had never experienced before whilst being tattooed. He also took pictures of our tattoos when he was done with them, which shows hes an artist proud of his work. He had a great eye for shading in the fur of my cat silhouette and made it identical to my cats markings and stripes. Very clean, friendly, and laid back. Quality work and definitely worth the price. Will definitely be going back here!

After doing my research, Inksplosive was the place I decided to go to for my first tattoo. I ended up getting an old school, traditional anchor on my shoulder and as it was my first time, I was clearly worried about cleanliness and how to care for it afterwards. Luckily, Al was a great guy and showed me everything to look for when you want to be sure the artist is using clean tools and that the store in general is certified. Another thing that really stood out to me was how I can tell they were all about the art of tattooing and sharing the skill with others. After the work he was positive I was happy and then gave me a complete run down on what to do and how often. Overall it was the best first tattoo experience I could have imagined and I will certainly be back for more!

My sisters and I had the most amazing experience with Shauna this past Sunday. We came to terms over the weekend that we needed to put down our beloved cat of 17 years and knew that it would be happening this week. We scanned her paw prints and walked into the shop hopeful we could get the tattoos done that same day. Shauna was comforting, professional and started working on the sketches immediately. She made us feel right at home, and it really meant so much to us to share that experience with each other. Our cat was put down the next day, so it was all meant to be. Now a piece of her will be with us forever. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone, especially Shauna. Shauna if you ever see this review, thank you so much.

If youre looking for a laid back shop with amazing artists this is the place to go! Stumbled across the shop a few years back when I went in the first time for a coverup tattoo. Met Jamie and well now hes stuck with me as a client ! Went back a second time for another piece by him.. Of course it turned out amazing.. Even met Al.. Nothing but positive vibes!!! They make you feel comfortable and are genuine with their clients and each piece of work. When an artist takes the time to talk to you and doesnt make you feel like theyre rushing you out... Thats a shop worth going back to! I would recommend them over and over again!

I got great recommendations from this place from ppl i know very well. Wish my experience was as great as i was told it was going to be. I got a cover up and the 1st part/section of the cover up was great, beautifully done. The 2nd step in the cover up was not even close to my vision and im not happy with it. The artist tried to fix 4 me but he already ruin the vision I had. The artist canceled on me twice and the 2nd time I had to pretty much stalk the shop to get an appointment. Last but not least after we negotiated a price he changed it on me and the tattoo wasnt even as big as i originally wanted .

I visited Inksplosive for a piercing, and am very happy with the shop. The owner Al talked me through each stage of the procedure and showed me the equipment he would be using. He did my piercing cleanly, quickly, and made sure everything looked right afterwards. Al gave me detailed aftercare instructions, and Ive had no issues. Talking to him a while, its clear hes devoted to his art, and also has a great sense of humor. I would recommend you check out this shop if looking for piercing or ink.

Highly recommend this place. Got my first tattoo here by Jamie and I couldnt be happier with my decision to come here. Clean shop, friendly staff, but not over friendly in your face at all. Felt relaxed and had a good experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a shop that doesnt mess around, takes their time with each piece, and pays attention to every little detail then this place is where you need to go. Im definitely going back to get my next one.

I wanted to get my nose pierced, after doing a little research I found Inksplosive. Once I walked in the door, I felt very welcome. The whole process was explained thoroughly, and told me exactly how to take care of it. It was really comforting that I knew the needle was clean, and that everything was sanitary, which was one of my main concerns. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and I would absolutely go there again.

Shonna took my sisters and I in after coming in on her day off. She was exceedingly understanding how we wanted to commemorate a loss and she did an amazing job. This was my youngest sisters first tattoo and Shonna made her comfortable as well as provided her with some laughs. She did an an incredible job on all of our tattoos and truly made this tattoo my most meaningful to date. Will definitely get future tattoos done by her.

I was super nervous about getting a tattoo. Jaime went through mine step by step with me and made me feel comfortable and cracked some hilarious jokes. He did my second tattoo as well which was a memorial to my grandmother who was also my best friend. He did her last heart beat and love you in her hand writing. By far the best experience. I HIGHLY recommend Inksplosive to anyone and everyone. Both gentlemen/artists are amazing.
