Consistently great piercing services. Greg is the best in the area, without a doubt. Hes clean, quick, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. His prices are also incredibly, incredibly reasonable for such high quality service. I had problems with a threadless labret stud in my nose once, and called every piercer in the area trying to find someone who knew what a threadless labret even was-- Greg was the only one who knew what I was talking about. He solved my problem right away. One thing, though-- try not to walk in when you plan on getting pierced here, just because Greg also does tattoos and is sometimes busy for multi hour stretches of time, so an appointment really helps. If youre looking for more ornate jewelry, he doesnt really stock much of a selection but will be happy to order some for you. For contrast: I tried to go to Studio Zee (which is closer to where I live) for a quick fix after the bead in the CBR that Greg put in my nose popped out. First, I was assisted by a college student who was unable to help me. Then, I gave up on the CBR-- it was kind of bent, and I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible-- and handed the student my threadless labret stud to put back in. He once again was unable to help me, and called over Zee, the owner. Once Zee finally figured out how to re-insert my stud (after some hemming and hawing that made me kinda nervous), he was EXTREMELY rough with my nose. I ended up with blood all over my face and tears in my eyes from the pain, and Im someone who can tolerate a fair bit. He was also incredibly rude to me without provocation the entire time, and reacted unhelpfully when the pain, blood, and emotional trauma made me feel faint. Ive learned my lesson, and will trust no one but West Haven Tattoo with my body modifications for as long as I live in the area. Oh, and while Studio Zee was going to charge me $10 plus tax for a new steel captive bead ring, Greg gives them out for free. Talk about knowing how to build customer loyalty.

One of my friends and I tried to get piercing both yesterday and today. Yesterday, we were told that the piercer was just finishing up a piercing & then would be pierce us when he came back out. He never did (and my friend and I were sitting there for an hour). We went back today to try again. As we walked up, the last employee there was in her car about to leave. She told us they had closed already (at 6:15), even though their hours stated they were open until 7:30. Turned out that their piercer had left at 5, well before their hours said they were closed.

Would recommend to anyone. Walked right in. Sat with Dave. Drew up a sick tat with my daughters name and even recommended placements, etc. Am so happy with my new ink, I now have a new place to go. Price was extremely reasonable. Very nice script drawn out, 9 letters total for 80$. Walked in about 11:15am, and was out by 1:30pm. Was so happy with the whole experience. Thanks again, will def be back soon. I highly recommend Dave if your looking to go there and hes available. Chill dude, great artist, knows what hes doing. Thanks again!

They just got a new owner. Before that i wouldnt even walk into the place, but its beautiful now. Very clean and bright. The people who work there are awesome and really take pride in their work. You should go down there as soon as you can because trust me this place is going to start getting booked up. Great prices for amazing work!

Amazing experience. They squeezed me in after they were already closing and i got my septum pierced. He was very informative of aftercare and gave great conversation while talking me through the whole process to give it all a relaxed feel because i was just a bundle of nerves! Anyways, great place and nice crew.

West Haven tattoo is absolutely phenomenal! Everyone there is extremely nice, and its a very comfortable setting. I have 3 tattoos and its all from this shop and I plan on getting more from here too! Customer service is great. You will not be disappointed coming here.
