My husband and I were on the market to buy Used Mazda 3 manual. We live in Chicago and places we visited didnt have what we wanted or price was to high . I spent 2 weeks looking for a car. I liked the car that Next Step Auto had posted . I spoke to Steve and he was helpful to Explain what takes place when you buy car from out of state. We bought the car. Now its been a month and Im very Happy with our purchase. Im Happy to recommend Next Step Auto to my friends because Steve will find a car that you are looking for!! Thank you . Super nice people! Very friendly, not pushy, but also very upfront and honest. I ended up buying a BMW today which has always been a car I hoped to work towards someday, but they were able to get me one in my price range as my first car and it is in wonderful condition. All the cars are very nice and the whole lot and dealership is very clean and in great condition. The service and people were fantastic even gave me a full tank of gas and car wash before I left. Definitely would recommend and was by far the best and nicest dealership I visited!

Wow!! What a great place to get a car! I truly cant express how great Steve treated me. I bought a car from them and it was having some issues the next day so i gave steve a call. He had it towed to his mechanic and is fixing it for free with no questions asked. Aside from how he treated me after i got the car, he also held the car for me so i could come look at it. On top of that gave me a great deal on the car. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. This is definetley a great place to buy a car from.

On Dec.31st,2016, Alex sold me a 2009 BMW 535i X-drive that ended up needing over $2500 in repairs due to him neglecting to tell me that it had a broken motor mount and a busted/ broken oil filter housing. Thankfully BMW (Westlake,Ohio) took great care of me in fixing all the damage/repairs that Alex had failed to mention the car needed..
