**DESPICABLE TACTICS BY POSNER PARK, DAMAGED OUR BRAND NEW VEHICLE WITHOUT WARNING** In June 2016, we purchased (2) vehicles from Posner Park Jeep. Our brand new Jeep was barely clean upon purchase: greasy scuffs, no vacuum, top roof not clean, etc. About a week later, our BRAND NEW Jeep was DAMAGED IN (2) TWO AREAS [LEFT & RIGHT] OF REAR BUMPER while in their (PPJ) care for trailer hitch installation. We were given the keys to drive away when my wife and I both saw the damages. We called the scurrying reps (Holly & Chris) to state what had transpired to Jeep in their care with little to no response. A WEEK AFTER INITIAL PURCHASE this happens. Stupidly, I actually purchased my (2nd) second car directly after the incident in-hopes this was all just some fluke. When PPJ’s ‘repair (damage looks like it was covered with white-out) was complete, I wanted nothing more to do with the company and stated to Holly via ON-GOING TEXT MESSAGE that, "I would take care of it, dont worry about it" in regards to their damages to our vehicle, unprofessional repairs and lack of correspondence. In the 3rd week of July 2016, I was visited by the Polk County Sheriff’s Dept., questioning my intentions from the text message sent to Holly at PPJ, the same woman who Facebook friend my wife and request remains in her inbox to this day. Absolutely sickening tactics at the very least by this business. My wife and I have suffered mental and physical sickness in the matter; my wife and I have lost time, energy and more sleep than you could imagine due to these actions by the ‘representatives’ of PPJ. I wonder what the police presence in front of my new home did to our reputation on the street? THIS DEALERSHIP, Posner Park Jeep, is why auto dealerships receive a bad name. PPJ, are a disgrace to your community and the auto industry in-whole. It seems all you cared about was talking to my 5 y/o son and prying for personal information to use against our family. I am disappointed in your actions and the way the entire dealership is clearly amused by the manipulation and deviance to others. I will post this on every single social media outlet possible as this is my only voice or response regarding you contacting the authorities on my family in-stead of picking-up the phone like a realistic decent human being. I am now in debate if I will be spending even more money on an attorney for retribution, damages and personal time stemming from your non-ethical business practices. Holly and Chris (Tony, I blame you most) you are the undoubtedly the largest disappointment of this matter, you taint the auto-industry with your title and character. You have completely ruined the auto-buying experience for my wife, myself and many others on this review feed. Any positive memories that we’ve obtained from PPJ are long-gone, along with ever being able to trust another dealership you are connected to. Your reactions for damages sustained to our brand new vehicle while in your possession are despicable and atrocious. If anyone is reading who can assist me, I would like this dealership, Posner Park Jeep, to be legally investigated for manipulative and deceiving practices to The People of Florida. You can contact me first. Chris, I do not recall much from your ‘enlightening’ conversations, however, I do remember you looking me up and down, while staring in complete judgment, only to comment, “I wish I looked like you”. Let me ask you a question Chris: What type of man says that to another man? You are nothing but a fake and phony. Finally, you proceeded to tell me story about a service member of the US to make me feel inferior, in the end, you claimed that my time was not as important as many others. What a shame, (8) free oil changes will now go to waste… PLUS a $300 PPJ coupon. Yes, please be clear, I would rather throw $300 in the garbage than to even contact PPJ again or order parts via telephone.

I really thought I could give Zero stars but unfortunately I had to give at least one. Well my 2010 Town and Chrysler went in for an ignition module recall and afterwards I literally almost lost my life. After the van was returned my husband and I were driving along with my 15 month old baby cousin and our van turned off. The traction control light came on and we were so surprised and tried to figure out what was going on. My husband took the key out for a few moments and the van was back to normal. The following morning I made an attempt to drive the van to work and the Horror began! As I was driving the van without warning the van Turned off and the traction control light came on!!! I was so nervous and I attempted to take the key out like my husband did the previous night however the key would come out. I left out the part where I was in a Very Busy High Traffic area near Disney and in the Middle of the Road!!! I tried several times to take the key out with no success as vehicles drove past me blowing thier horns!!! Finally I hear this Loud very familiar horn (A Semi Truck) and I had to run out of the road, leave my van with the door open so I wouldnt get hit!! A very nice pedestrian assisted me and was finally able to get the van started after several attempts. I was able to get the van home (1.4 miles away) and low and behold the van turns off again on my street but started right back up! I switched vehicles as my heart began to palpitate and I drove to work. Once the service center opened I called and informed them of the incident and they asked that the vehicle be returned to them to be checked out. My husband spoke with the service manager who insisted the recall issue has nothing to do with the current issue we were dealing with however they would look into it. They allowed us to use a loaner car (initially they didnt want to) and assured my husband they would find out the cause of this issue. My husband received a call from the General Manager who advised this would be taken car of and again he apologize for this happening! Several days later follow up calls were made stating they are speaking to other dealerships to see what the cause could be but rest assured the matter would be handled. Well my husband receives a call stating the matter was not resolved because the vehicle never repeated the issue. Well.... I dont understand how they could have come to that conclusion when the vehicle has the same amount of miles on it from the day of Drop Off to the day of Pick Up!!! They had the vehicle for A Week! Mr. General Manager, please expect a call from me first thing Monday Morning!!! I can not explain to you how Disappointed I am with the disrespect and lack of service my family received from your business!

I am extremely upset with my first buying experience with this dealership. My husband and I went to this dealership knowing exactly what we wanted in a vehicle, year make and model. They literally only needed to put a pretty bow on it and we would walk out happy customers. Knowing car buying isnt a 30 min process, we knew we would be there a couple hours. However, we were there sitting and waiting for them to close "their" deal for 6 hours and then some. Only to be given a vehicle that was not detailed before we left, (not that big of a deal), but had broken pieces to it such as a compartment in the rear floor board, the front fender on the driver side had come loose and was hanging once we got home from a short ride and the vehicle pulling to the right. (There was no way it was a low tire pressure issue-no sensors have gone off) Since it was not detailed the vehicle has had black smudge marks around it that our sales guy said would "buff off". Im a mother of 2 that works very hard for my family and I do not have all the time in the world to waste miles on a 2016 vehicle to constantly drive back to your location to have you repair things on a 3 day old vehicle that our family just bought. When buying a brand new vehicle there is no expectation that it will already be broken, or have issues needing repairs . It isnt fair to say "well these things happen" per your sales manager -- because on a brand new vehicle from your dealership this should not happen. Not when the quality of your dealership name is on the line. And to tell me "you have a warranty up to 36000 miles we will repair it" is not enough. Need I remind you I bought this vehicle with 24miles on it from you on Saturday the 2nd and this should not be how you handle a paying customer with faulty equipment you sold me with a smile. We were told to bring the vehicle to have it repaired, my husband took time to bring it up to you just for you to tell him to bring it back another day. You not only inconvenienced him one day but will another day(also more miles on this brand new vehicle). I dont want you to simply repair a brand new vehicle I did not damage. This will be the last vehicle we purchase from this dealership. Sincerely A very angry, disappointed and upset customer!
