My experience at Headquarter Honda was more than exemplary. I was first approached my on-going service advisor, Rita Beni. Rita has always helped me with my previous vehicle (which wasnt even a Honda, it was a Hyundai) but she has always gone above and beyond to ensure my vehicle maintenance was up to date and my car was safe for me to be in. As my little Hyundai Accent was getting old, I mentioned to her I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Efficient as ever, Rita passed this information on to a member of sales, John Shelling, who then contacted me. When I first spoke to John, he informed me of some specials going on with the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived to HQ Honda, John introduced me to George Ibrahim, who is the salesman that helped me pick out my vehicle. After doing the pricing for my first choice - Honda HR-V EX - I realized it was too expensive and way out of my budget. I simply couldnt afford it. I was then approached by Paul Rienzi, Sales Manager, who offered me options since the initial pricing wasnt realistic for my current situation. Car buying is definitely a long, brutal task and I was just about ready to give up. Rita, George, John and Paul all offered different vehicles which would give me better pricing but it just wasnt the vehicle I wanted. While I was ready to make a final decision to leave things the way they are and take my Hyundai home, Paul approached me with figures for a Honda HR-V LX which has most of the feature of the EX, but everything the LX had to offer was exactly what I needed, if not, more. Paul basically presented an offer to me that I could not refuse. Rita, John, George and Paul all stayed with me for the entire FOUR hours while I made the decision to purchase my very first brand new vehicle. Im very grateful for their kindness, generosity, and patience while I was demonstrating a complete lack thereof. They were all so incredibly helpful and I really couldnt have asked for a better group of people to help me through this. Once I said yes, everything was a breeze. Tony, in Finance, made the paperwork swift, clean and easy. Once all the paperwork was signed, I came out to find Rita, George and John helping me move all the necessary things from my Hyundai to my new car! George helped me set up my Bluetooth and explained all the cool features about the car that I had no idea it even had! They helped me, celebrated with me, congratulated me. I am so enthused about my car and the help that I received from everyone. To Rita, John, George, Paul and Tony - thank you so much for everything. You all really did everything in your power to make sure I got the car I wanted within my means. You are all exceptional. HQ Honda is extremely lucky to have you all as employees!

I leased a vehicle from this dealership three years ago and had a great experience. Today, I went back as a repeat customer figuring to have another great experience. Well, boy was I wrong! They told me they had two of the cars that I wanted to look at and when I arrived a few hours later, they said they were both sold .. to the same customer. So, the sales associate (Joseph Emmanuel, who is a great guy and not really at fault for this) showed me the model above what I really wanted. Its a great car, no doubt, but I knew it was out of my price range and made that pretty clear. After a few rounds of negotiations, the sales manager comes out to talk to me. He is your typical slimy salesman (Monty). He starts his high-pressure, relentless tactics on me and, without regard for anything Im saying, tries to get me to sign a piece of paper committing to his prices. Everytime I say "no", he knocks $10 off the price and tells me not to tell anyone because its some sort of great deal hes not supposed to offer me. But, he keeps coming down anyway. When I questioned him about why he couldnt make me an equally good deal on the car I REALLY wanted, he tells me he is trying to move this other car and thats why the deal is "so good". In actually, it wasnt that good!! I apologized to Joseph and walked off the lot after FOUR HOURS of time wasted there. They say that they are the "greenest dealership in Florida". Well, if they invested as much time and money in their customer service as they do in the environment, they might have an easier time of reaching their sales goal of 700 cars a month (which, by the way, is ludicrous and good luck with that in Clermont). I would be hesitant to ever go back again. In the end, I drove an extra 15 miles to Classic Honda in Orlando and, while I didnt get the car I wanted, I found a car I could live with for a great price in an environment with NO pressure sales. Learn a lesson from them Headquarter guys ... one price, no pressure sales. I dont go to the grocery store and haggle over prices, why should car buying be that way? The only thing I got at this dealership was a headache ... oh, and Classic even gave me 2 Aleve to help me with that! Now, thats service!

Finding a new car is not easy at all, my 5th attempt at buying a car and I finally found something that was perfect to fit me. I am the type of person to look around online for information before going in person for the real deal. When I saw the offer at Headquarter Honda on an accord, I just couldnt give it up. From the moment I walked in, I had nothing except good service. I was kindly greeted as well as my family that was with me and helped right away. I told them exactly what I wanted and I was immediately directed to the car. What really surprised me was the fact that the man who helped us, Mike, knew every little detail about the car and was able to explain everything to quickly and in an easy to understand way. From the moment I test drove the car and returned back to the dealership, I decided that was the car I was going to purchase. It was everything and more of what I was looking for and of course good customer service grabbed my attention as well. Time came to crunch numbers and get down with business after we returned. This was the only downfall to my experience. This is the only reason my rating did not make 5 stars. Waiting to get approved, trading in cars, signing papers, etc. not my favorite at all. However, they were able to move as quickly as possible. Mike was able to always return to the table with nothing except good news. A couple days before today I attempted to buy a car at Toyota, but my mother and I were not approved to finance the car I was looking to buy. Mike was able to do everything he could, unlike Toyota, and help us out. We were able to get approved and from that moment I was bursting with excitement. We did have to wait an awful amount of time until we were able to finally leave, but hey thats car shopping for you. Everything takes time as it falls into place. Mike was very friendly and able to keep us entertained as we waited though. Overall, I would recommend going to Headquarter Honda for great customer service and a great deal on a new car you might have in mind to bring home. I recommend speaking with Mike because he is willing to work with you and help you as much as he can to get you the car you are willing to buy.
