I am very pleased to find this great local business. Our washing machine died and was going to be very expensive to repair. I decided to try a refurbished machine and looked up local used appliance stores. ASU had great reviews, so I tried them and Im very glad I did. They had great customer service- texted me photos and info about their washers, pulled one washer out from behind another so I could look at it in the store, and answered all my questions. I am especially happy with their drop off and pick up service. Its very reasonably priced. They brought my new washer and hauled my old one away. It wasnt that easy either- they had to get it from the basement and get it through a very narrow door. They hooked the new machine up for me and left it ready to go. I have had my washing machine for 3 weeks now and am very pleased. Its just what I wanted- a simple top loader. Cleans great and is working fine. I like that they have a 90 day warranty.

Hi, Im Jana, and my boyfriend Steve and I had such a wonderful experience with ASU Appliances. We just moved into our first home, and we were very stretched on cash and time, and he found just the right set for us in our budget. He also delivered them same day, and not only hooked them up, but made sure that everything worked properly, and went through how to use all the features. He also helped my best friend replace her dryer in a pinch and gave her a great deal. As if that wasnt enough he also gave us a 90 day warranty for our appliances. Excellent experience! So grateful for saving the day!

You wont be disappointed! Alfredo is fantastic. Ive had him repair 2 appliances and Ive also purchased a range from him. Everything has been worth 5 stars. He is knowledgeable and quick with repairs. His prices are amazing on both repairs and appliance sales. I have tried a few used appliance stores and feel like many of them are a little bit shady. ASU Appliances is head and shoulders above the rest. Ill never use another repair or used appliance guy again! Alfredo is the best.

The service from the owner is great. I bought a washer and dryer from ASU Appliances a couple weeks ago. The dryer had a problem so I called Alfredo and he came the next day to see what the problem was. He diagnosed the problem and since he did not have the part he came the next day to fix it. The 90 day warranty is excellent for used appliances. I would buy from them again.

My compact washing machine stopped working and it was going to cost more to fix it rather than replace it. I stopped by the store and Alfredo was very friendly. They had the exact model I needed for two thirds of the cost at Lowes or Home Depot. Not only did they give me a good deal but they also took away my old washer for me. I would definitely recommend them!
