I worked with Dave from Contract Sales last year to buy a range for my rental property. The process took some back-and-forth, but everything worked out in the end, so I contacted CS, again, to buy a fridge and dishwasher. Only three items were suggested. I asked for more suggestions, and never received a reply. I called Dave, and he told me, "I dont have time to personalize this for you." What?! Isnt that customer service 101? Daves lackadaisical attitude was off putting and rude frankly. I asked if I could work with someone else. He said, "No. Its just me." I love supporting moms and pops; however, I guess Ill be going to a big box store for my purchase.

Darryl was an awesome salesman to work with. He took time to look at prices and features of several different models with us and went through the pros and cons of each. The guys that came to install our appliances were professional and quick, they were thorough in making sure everything was working and cleaned up before they left. Paul (head of installation) came back a couple of times to ensure everything was perfectly to our satisfaction. Overall a great experience working with Contract Appliance Sales. I would definitely go with them again next time I need new appliances! They made the process easy for us.

We went to Home Depot first, DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID! Contract Appliance Sales rescued us from a terrible situation with an amazing new commercial grade washer/dryer set.
