I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 on April 17, 2017. While signing the contract with Business Manger, Clifford Melvin he offered me a service contract. I declined. He continued to press on why I needed it. He asked for a copy of my credit card and that I sign two contracts one with the service plan and one without so if I changed my mind, I could call in to authorize the charge. I gave him a copy. I was moving to Washington DC so I forgot about it. I received a call from Clifford about wanting to proceed with the service plan. I said "No" I was not ready to make a decision at that time but he would not take no for an answer and said that he would call me after my move to see if I reconsidered. He told me he couldnt hold the paperwork much longer because he had to turn it in. I moved on May 8, 2017. I used this account to only pay bills so I always put enough in it to cover my expenses. I tried to purchase food a few days after my move and I was declined. I checked my online account from my phone and noticed the charge of $588.60 and it was from Fair Oaks Chrysler. On Thursday May 11, 2017, I immediately called Fair Oaks Chrysler to find out what the additional charge was and I was transferred to the Clifford and he said "I figured you wanted the service plan so I charged your card." I couldnt believe it. I told him I did not want the service plan and I want a refund of my money. I asked when will I recieve my refund. He told me that it would take a lot of paper work but he would have it to me by Monday, May 15, 2017. I waited until Wednesday 17, 2017 to call Chrysler corporate customer service to ask for their assistance. They called the dealership but only got the voicemail. The rep told me to call back the next day if the Business Manager did not contact me and give me my refund. I called back customer service and was told to go to a dealership to try to cancel the service plan. I called David Black and another manager and neither returned my call. My wife was going to buy a car there. Not now! Never give copies of any payment information to a dealership. Lesson learned. All in all I never received any paperwork about my so called service plan.

List price 9250. Drive up two hours. Tax title understandable. 695 dealer documentation felt on the high end. Then told that dealer profit and cost to recondition car not included on internet price but was in the 2000 doc fee. 9250 was really 10750 in the end, not including tax and title. Wanted to walk away but daughter was paying for the car and the end price was fair, not a great deal and the color and trim combination was unique. We ended up waiting two hours after final price negotiation to get someone to process our paperwork. Our salesperson said this was not normal but they were out four processors as three had recently quit and they had two new people. Another 25 mins with the processor led us to the fact that the car came with no warranty when over the previous 9 hours multiple people at the dealership confirmed verbally that the original manufacturer warranty remained for 30,000 miles. We walked away. The processor tried to tell us that he had talked to the sales force to again inform them this manufacturers warranty does not transfer and if it was imp to us he could sell us a warranty for another 2600. My daughter learned the valuable lesson that when the first thing is shady the chance that all of it is shady is quite good. After getting home read other one star reviews. Seems like the 2000 doc fee over and above the listed internet price is standard as is bait and switch and outright lying. Almost all five star reviews are by people who have only reviewed this one dealership in their entire life.

If I could give them 1 star I would... They sold me a certified used Lexus. Unfortunately I reside in MD and had to get it reinspected. No big deal right? WRONG!!! One auto shop failed me because of cracked sidewalls on my 3 of 4 tires. I mentioned this to the dealership... THEY PASSED THE BLAME! They insisted the shop was price gouging me for new tires and told me to get it reinspected somewhere else. So I did... The second shop failed me for the same reasons and showed me the exact issues. I called the dealership again. The manager suggested I bring the car back for their inspection. I drove back down to Chantilly... That COMPLETE ASS CLOWN FOR A MANAGER LEFT before I arrived even though I would be down immediately! So some other person unfamiliar with my dilemma begrudgingly handled the problem. The dealerships own mechanic inspected and said only 1 tire would fail, 1 was debatable, and the third would pass but yeah its starting to crack. All in all, it took me a lot of frustration and yelling to resolve the issue because THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCY AND WILL SELL YOU AN UNSAFE VEHICLE !!!!!

I went to Fair Oaks Jeep dealership determined to buy a car. This was my first car buying experience and it was a great experience. Due to the help of Spencer Colbert who was detailed in explaining to me what i wanted and other options as well. He was very helpful and patience with me. I found the Wrangler I wanted next was finances. David Black stepped in to help with a reasonable price for me and he did a fairly great job and making it work with me. It was a long day but both Spencer and David worked hard at their job. Later that day, I learned that I could not get the Wrangler from their financial manager Mimi Said. Mimi was willing to do whatever she had to do to have me leave happy in my car. I had to switch cars, but Spencer was patient with my stubbornness and continued to show me other options I had. I came back two days later get the Jeep Cherokee Sport 2016. They were very helpful, determined and patient in getting me the car I wanted. Spencer, David and Mimi did great at their job and I left there with a huge smile on my face. I had an awesome first car experience

If I could rate 0 stars I would. They list the price of the car kind of low to get you in there, then try to make up for the price by charging a super high document and processing fee. They tried to charge me a $2k processing fee, and said 1400 of that is for reconditioning the vehicle. Its a 2015 and never been in an accident. What needed to be reconditioned? There is no such thing as a reconditioning fee! The average cost of document and processing fees is $500. Research it. If they have to do any reconditioning, it should be included in the price of the car. The car was also supposed to have navigation. During the test drive, it didnt work. Waqas, the sales rep, said they take the navigation card out because people like to steal them. We were also only given 1 key. He said that they would get the spare key and navigation card and mail it to us, and would buy it if it was lost. Now he is saying I can buy it on eBay for $50. These people are scam artists. Dont buy from here.
