DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM!!! THIS COMPANY IS THE WORSE RIP OFF ARTIST WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH CONSUMERS. IF YOU HAVE A JOB, YOU NEED TO TAKE OFF AND MAKE A PAYMENT TO THEM OR THEY WILL REPOSSESS YOUR CAR WITHIN 3 HOURS OF BEING LATE WITH YOUR PAYMENT. THE CONFUSING PART FOR ME IS IF YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE 1/16/2016, THEN WHY IS IT AT 12 NOON ON 1/16/2016 THEY SEND OUT PAPERWORK TO REPOSSESS YOUR CAR??? 1/16/2016 ENDS AT 11:59PM NOT 12 NOON. I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE HAVE BAD CREDIT AND NEED A VEHICLE FOR WORK-AND IT IS SAD THAT COMPANIES LIKE THIS PREY ON PEOPLE LIKE THAT!!! THEY TALK RUDE TO YOU ON THE TELEPHONE WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO MAKE A PAYMENT OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS-TELLING YOU WHAT YOU OUGHT TO DO-VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DID NOT TELL US UNTIL WE WERE READY TO SETTLE THE DEAL THAT THE DOWN PAYMENT WAS NOT THE ORIGINAL #300 WE DISCUSSED BUT $2500-THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY $250 EVERY OTHER WEEK UNTIL IT IS PAID-ANOTHER FIENDISH MOVE. AND, TO NOTE, THE CAR THEY SOLD US HAD AN OIL LEAK A WEEK AFTER WE GOT IT. THEY SENT US TO JIFFY LUBE TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY FOUND OUT IT HAD AN OIL LEAK-WHICH WE HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR-BECAUSE OF COURSE, THEIR SHOP DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE THE WORKING CONSUMER! THIS COMPANY IS AN AWFUL PLACE TO DO BUSINESS...

Horrible! I purchased a car and the breaks were bad upon driving it off the lot. My driver-side door handle came of within a couple of months of me buying the car and J.D. Byrider tried to charge me to replace it with another handle that didnt even match the color of my car. They stand by the fact that youre forced to watch a video regarding their bogus operations, but were also very aware of the fact that I watched that video with a screaming two year old in the room with me. So, of course I missed some things; like the fact that if youre even a day late on your payment your car goes into repo and you have to pay $275 along with your high interest payment so that they dont take your car. I feel like they take advantage of people with bad credit. DriveTime will at least work with you. I called J.D.Byrider because there was a malfunction with my direct deposit (totally not my fault) and they refused to give me even one extra day to get my pay check situation straightened out with my employer. Thats just bad business. Im telling everyone I know and hitting up face book and every blog to spread the word to not use them. I never thought Id say this but go with Drive Time!

If you want to get scammed do not hesitate to come to this criminal organization dealer and buy a lemon. They are a disgrace for human society. When they scammed a lady with a unsafe vehicle and then promise to fix the issue and just have the car stolen from their "service department" and then tell the police they never had the car in for service because they cannot fix the car. The police caught the stolen car in a routine traffic stop but the driver took off on foot and was never caught. The dealer never reported the stolen car and denied having the car for service when they already had a loaner car for the lady. Why is she driving a loaner car from your dealer if her car is not in for service? Then agreed to "fix" the car again after it was retrieve from the police and by coincidence now the car is stolen again from the dealer lot again. This scammers are a cancer to society and businesses like this should be put down and face criminal charges. If you doubt this review, go check with the Better Business Bureau and check how many complaints they have this year alone, and they still operating. Criminals!!!

By far the worst car buying experience i have ever received. i bought a used car and within a week i had to bring it back to be fixed. They didnt fix the issue and i had to again call and make an appointment to bring it back in, after showing up i was told they couldnt get to it and to bring it in a different day. When i brought it back in the "ordered parts" and replaced things and when i said the noise was still there they said it was common (if it is common then why would you replace parts and install them) ... i was fed a line of b.s. and when i called a chevy authorized mechanic and then called back i was told i was just trying to get something for nothing.. All i want is a car that runs right, if im paying more than the car is worth atleast it should run right. Their service manager hit on me , their shop manager was nothing but a jerk.. i will not only never buy a car there but will make sure i hit every review place to tell my experience and make sure other people arent suckered into buying lemons from them.

One thing I will advise is just because you have a great experience dont mean its a great thing. People was nice, if you have bad credit it is a little longer to get things moving and shaking but they always can help. Key factors you need to know in getting a car from JD BYRIDER, bring as much as you can with the down payment. because you are still going to pay it before your first payment is applied to the cost of the car. Secondly is READ READ READ the contract find out previsions on insurance, find out will you be able to trade the car out, find out the car value of the car you financing, thirdly dont ever be anxious when making the deal. THere job is to get you in the car, and most people want to rebuild so make sure every two weeks that is something that will work for you. I hope this helps

I was desperate to get a car because I had been driving a rental for months and it became costly. So, I tried J.D. Byrider to see if I could get into a car with not the best of credit. Well I did but the customer service is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. They will sell you a car that is in fair conditions, they dont thoroughly clean the inside or outside of the vehicle. By far this is the worst experience that I have had purchasing a car. I will not be using them again, I will give myself a year and trade my car in. They dont return phone calls other than trying to get their cars back if you are late on a payment. Again like I said I was desperate but never again.

I bought my car from the lot in Colorado Springs they seem ok at the time but my van drives like a truck and the oil was bad plus my brakes are bad so i had to replace alot within a few months of having my van. I have paid the car late for the past 5 months and no repo yet but after i pay off this car i will never go back to them. Something has to give they call everyone on your reference list which is insane how do they know i want my friends and family knowing im behind on a payment. I think thats overbearing. But best think is to get your car refinanced
