After my divorce my credit was trash, I had at least 3 repos, 2 foreclosures, 5 judgments, and countless collections. Divorce destroys your life, your credit, your credibility; I couldn’t even rent an apartment or open a bank account; my taxes and wages were even taken away for what my ex-husband owed. Lets not talk about not able to buy a car on credit, so I was buying cars cash, but they will break ever other corner, I was spending more money on fixing them than if I was paying a monthly payment. A friend of mine told me about Bueno car but I had zero hope on being able to get a car. Chuy helped us searching a car that would accommodate to my needs; I was looking for a truck since I always needed one to move something, furniture, or large items. We looked thru all the trucks and I couldn’t find anything good for me. I suddenly spotted a Lexus SUV, and just because I love those so much I wanted to ask the price since it was not on the window. I knew it was going to be expensive, and not for my budget, but I still wanted to know how much it was, I am so in love with those, but with my credit the way it is, I was hopeless. Well, for a Lexus the price was great! Not too much, but I was still hopeless because of my credit. So I explained the situation and that I had a large down payment, I just didn’t want to put all my money on car paying cash and had to fix it right away, since that is what I had been doing for 3 years. Well, great news, I drove the Lexus out of the lot! Bueno cars was able to deal with my credit, and they even gave me extra 60 days to add to the down payment, so my loan wasn’t too much, and they accommodated it so my payments were accessible and I will be done paying it in three years instead of five which is what most dealers do. So, I am the happy owner of a great Lexus, and I am so thankful that they were able to make it happen. Then after all that happiness something bad had to happen, my father passed away in Mexico, before I was even able to make the first payment. I was in Mexico and I couldn’t make it back on time, I had to spend the money for my payment and I didn’t work the days I was away at my father’s funeral. I thought, I came so far getting back on my feet, and I was going to lose everything again! I was behind on my payments, the first payment! My insurance was going to cancel, and needless to say, I was in deep depression for everything I was going thru. I went and talked to Anthony, I was in tears, and so scared, I thought he was going to be an a*^ole to me, at the end, it is his business and I wasn’t keeping my part of the contract, and it was contrary to what I thought, he was a gentleman and very understanding of my situation, he made arrangements for the payments, and I was able to keep my car. I would recommend Bueno Used Cars to everyone, the key is to speak to them and explain clearly what the situation is without fearing the answer you would get, the quality of the car you choose is also extremely important, if you get a used cheap car, well, that is what you get, quality is not always the most expensive, but neither, the cheapest. I am a happy customer 

I would definitely recommend buying from Bueno Used Cars. And I say that honestly because they really care about their customers. I know that a lot of companies claim that they do, but they SHOW it. When I first showed up on the lot, I was greeted by Tomas, one of the car salesman there( and he is awesome!), and shown around the lot. I love the fact his main interest was not trying to up sell me but really focused on my vehicle needs and what I felt was comfortable for my budget. My car had recently been totaled in an accident, ironically enough, 4 days before I was to start a new job. I am also a single parent with two small children so having a car is a necessity. I had been hitching rides, but that was soon no longer going to be an option and I live across town from my job, so you can imagine the urgency I felt in needing to replace my vehicle. I had not been at my job very long but they were willing to work with me, but at the end of that day I found out I did not have enough for the down payment, which was low, but I was still short. I left in tears; I thought I was going to have to quit my job. But on my way home, Tomas called me to see if I was OK and told not to worry things get better; it was just a bump in the road. He genuinely cared about my situation. Long story short I came back the next week, with the full down payment, and signed the paper work for the car I was looking to buy the week before! A few more tears were shed but these were tears of relief! Aside from that all the employees at the office are great, they are friendly and they know me by name. I couldnt have chosen a better dealership to buy my car from  .

I had heard stories about buy here/pay here used car dealerships that really scared me, such as interest rates of 30% or even higher; cars being repossessed a day after a missed payment; cars being repossessed and resold multiple times to different customers; cars being jimmy rigged in lieu of necessary repair work, etc. So I was worried at first when I bought a car through Bueno Used Cars thinking they were going to try and screw me over somehow. I couldnt have been more wrong and couldnt be happier that I decided to do business with them! From what I have seen and experienced first hand, Bueno does not engage in any of the shady practices above, they want to see you make it through to the end of your loan; they want you to be a satisfied customer. I can attest to this; when I discovered that the second car I bought from them had a serious issue that had gone undetected Bueno immediately took action and handled the repair work (at no charge since the car was under warranty). They did a great job and had me back on the road in two days. My payments were affordable and they were friendly and patient; the wonderful women at the front desk even let me know when I had missed a payment (I had actually forgotten to pay them more than once) instead of snatching the car back. I felt they were genuinely concerned about me and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend these guys; have bought two cars from them and would buy a third.

Bueno Cars has continuously gone above and beyond for me. They are the epitome of an amazing used car dealership and not only have quality vehicles but also professionally seasoned and courteous staff. Bueno Used Cars assisted me with financing my first vehicle, it was a fast and easy process and overall a wonderful experiences.
